I don't want to post his name online for his privacy, but if the Norman location reads this review, just know your manager is awesome. 10/10 recommend Crumbl Cookie and 10/10 will return. Atmosphere, gets a 3 star because it doesn't really have an atmosphere, but I don't care. It's a Cookie shop, and all I care about is my Cookie being amazing. And Cumbl's cookies are amazing.“

“I absolutely love coming here to get my cinnamon rolls, my youngest automatically when he sees me pull into the mall he is like, “ugh, mom are you getting your cinnamon rolls” lol. They are fresh and delicious and I always ask for extra icing now my youngest asks for a mini cinnamon roll.“

“While they did not have the exact sweet bread I wanted they did have a pretty big selection. The place is not very mobility friendly but there is plenty of parking. If you are in a wheelchair, you can have a bad time just getting in the door to the bakery. The restaurant entrance is a little more accessible.“

I love this place. I’m a little biased since I live in the neighborhood and can walk over whenever my heart and tummy compels me.

Their coffee is also great, they host a variety of events, and have an inclusive and chill vibe.

I gave the service 4 stars due to some lengthy wait times on the weekend, but their service is top-notch, just be prepared to wait.“
