There's nothing better than hearing your food Sizzle on a hot plate! For those that don't know, your food is placed on a hot platter This restaurant has been here for a long time and has produced consistent delicious food with a loving and caring family! It's definitely one of my favorite stops when I'm in this part of town.

This is a small family business.. they are super friendly. The food is amazing.. even my picky 10 year old are every single bite and was upset we went back without her.. the first time we just ordered off the hot line but the second time we ordered off the menu we saw walking in.. it was delivered to our table and the server was very attentive... BTW.. do not skip the iced sopapilla .. they are out of this world! We will be back often..

From the outside it looks old and weathered but once you go inside you will feel the warmth from staff and authentic Mexican food. You pick up a tray, order cafeteria style, and pay at the end. Inside it is cosy with booths and tables. Staff will come by to check on you for refills or anything else you may want. At the end of your meal a free sopapilla is offered and you should not say no to this sweet delicious treat. Very much enjoyed eating here. ?

Best Mexican food in town. Authentic and made from scratch. Everything we ordered was beyond our expectations. If they have tamales you must try them. You will be delighted. It's family owned and operated. The family is very friendly and helpful. These folks aim to please. I forgot how good it was last time. I'd drive to Mexico for this food. No photos because we tore into our food before I thought about it.

This place is a diamond in the rough, the guacamole salsa and sopapillas are the best I've had! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Outstanding all around. I'll definitely come back!

I'm very picky about my food. I've found a restaurant that has never cooked anything that wasn't tasty or hot. We usually order on DoorDash, but decided to eat in the restaurant since we were already out.I got the cheese chili rellenos with rice and beans. My daughter ordered fajitas. The set up comes with the meal at no extra charge. It's not overly salted and the sides tasted fresh. The food tasted authentic, like I've eaten along the border. The fajita meat was sizzling hot with fresh, soft tortillas. My relents were literally mouthwatering.I told Eric that we're moving in. He got the joke and laughed. The employees were all warm and friendly, but not in the fake way you see in most places nowadays. I could be wrong, but I believe they're family.I asked how to give the waiter, Eric, a tip since you pay whenever you get the food, but he said they don't get tips and to just put a review in here for them. We'll be going back. Wonderful food and atmosphere at a price less than Chelinos and more room to sit and move around, but a waiter who seems to enjoy being there. We didn't want to leave.Vegetarian options: Enchiladas, chili rellenos, etc. You can order with changes, such as substitute beans for meat in the taco salad. There are lots of choices.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a good ramp coming in, but the only downside is the bathroom. The doors are too narrow.
