I just got a chicken thigh ... Bone. Just the bones no meat not even skin battered and deep fried. It somehow still has more meat than the drumstick. Are you guys catching the chickens in the parking lot? How do you have a health inspection certificate?

My food was amazing; the chicken tenders were the best I've ever had, anywhere. They drive thru was backed up in a serious way; I ended up having to go inside to get my order. I thought maybe having a couple of mobile pick up spots would help a lot.

I had the best experience there tonight in the drive thru. My wife orded the fish and they told us it would be about an 8 minute wait. We said not a problem. When we received our order, all of our food was freshly made. It was the most delicious meal we have had from a fast food establishment in a while. My compliments to whomever made the decision to make it all fresh since we were waiting already. Thank you very much!!!! This is the restaurant on 29th and Sooner. Great job!!!!
Im currently sitting in line 20min , they are out of everything on the menu, I got here @ 9:15pm , they close @ 10 , highly 😞 , just say we're close @ 9 if your out of food @ 915pm

The dining room was very dirty. There were ants everywhere. I had to move to 3 different tables before I found one that didn't have ants on it.
This was an absolutely horrific experience. They got my order incorrect, the lady at the window was missing teeth and could barely understand english. I don’t know if it was a language barrier, or she has zero customer service training, but if I could give her negative stars I would. I want to believe it was a language barrier, but seeing as how she was so rude I simply don’t think it was. I was getting food for two people, so I asked if I could get a water. She asked me what size, and I asked whatever was free. She looked at me, said “FREE???” and started laughing. She proceeded to tell me it would be $2 for a water, which is absolutely absurd in my opinion. I then asked for sauces, whereas she told me sauces would be $1 per cup and rolled her eyes. When I asked for a list of sauces, she let out an exasperated sigh, slammed the window door shut, and aggressively pointed at the sauce list on the window. I politely refused, because I no longer wanted to give them my money if ANY of it would be going to her. I went to oncue next door and got FREE water and sauces, and began eating my food. The chicken was undercooked and chewy, but somehow still dried out. They gave me the wrong sides, and shorted me a whole chicken finger. I was unable to eat any of my food, basically throwing $20 out the window. I would never come here again even if my life depended on it. Terrible food and even worse employees. Cannot say enough bad things about it! DON’T COME HERE OR GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

Taking my 5 star review back and if i could give 0 stars i would.Had the worst experience tonight dining in with my family. We ordered $60 worth of chicken and strips. Was told we couldn't get any hot sauce packets it would be 49cents per packet and 69cents for dipping sauce for the tenders Is what Ruben said to me. In all my life of buying chicken have i not been able to get some complimentary sauce. So Ruben then tells me hes the manager and those are the rules. Mind you we eat here at least 3 times a month and know the charge for extra dipping sauce for tenders. But they still should have been able to get 1 dipping sauce with the purchase. So then i asked a different employee who could i talk to other than him i want to talk to the store manager. She then tells me she's the manager and that they do give some complimentary sauce with purchase Which we knew that because we eat there At least 3 times a month. So we knew he was lying and then said he was the manager and wasn't. I definitely will be taking my money else where. He was rude and obnoxious and lied. We normally dont come in the evening its always afternoon time and get great service. But he is not a good worker to be working the front counter and to say he was the manager and lying about it sad.

I went in to dine today with my family. We spent $60 dollars between the 5 of us and was told we couldn't get hot sauce because it's an extra 49cents per packet for hot sauce. Mind you we just bought chicken. My son's couldn't get dipping sauce with their chicken tenders. it was a extra . 69cents for dipping sauce. Never in all my life of buying chicken have I ever had to pay for some hot sauce packets. They should have at least been able to get 1 sauce for the chicken strips. These companies are getting out of hand. I ask to speak to the manager Ruben then tells me he's the manager and those are the rules. So I asked for a different worker which was the actual manager. She then says we do give some hot sauce packets with the purchase and they should have been able to get a dipping sauce for the tenders. So Ruben lied saying he was the manager also lied about not giving hot sauce packets. This crazy I know it's just about the hot sauce but don't lie and $60 on chicken and can't be given not 1 hot sauce packets is crazy work.He was very rude and obnoxious and wasn't the manager at that. We come here at least 3 times a month and have never been charged for hot sauce we do know there is a extra charge for additional dipping sauce for the tenders but they should have at least been able to get 1. This place is absolutely disgusting. This is the second time that I ordered from here. I thought I would give it a second chance. And I'm here to tell you that this chicken is greasy and disgusting. It is, without a doubt, the worst chicken that I have ever tasted. Would not recommend. I am now $43 poorer and the chicken is in the garbage where it belongs.

They make u pay for hot sauce even if u buy a meal. They say you can substitute hot sauce for the gravy that comes with the meal.
