One of the nicest "fast food" restaurants in the area. Clean facilities, friendly staff, fast service for what it is you're getting. What you're getting is top tier Fried chicken. And quite possibly the best sweet tea you'll ever have. A phrase that set fire to my mom. Infuriated that there may be a tea better than hers. She set out to destroy those that took her sons taste buds from her. She burst thru the door a mother scorned. She easily conquered the lower level team members. Made quick work of the supervisors. One punched the assistant Mgr. As she approached the managers office. They stepped out ready to face their fate. But mother would take no mercy. In a flash she had broken all defenses the Mgr had in place for just such an event. Face to face. Placing a hand gently on the mgrs neck, mother began to speak. Then began to yell. There was no hope. Except there was. Hope, the front cashier was cleaning the restrooms when the commotion began. Now the only free team member she quickly thought of an end to the madness and with no hesitation. Hurled a fresh made cup or perfect sweet tea at mothers face mid scream. Drenching both her and the manager. But the plan had worked. Tea had made it to mothers tongue and the taste had relinquished her of the hate. For she had been bested. And then she bought some chicken and left.Good tea for real.

This is one the best Chicken Express locations in the metro. My coworkers and I eat here regularly. The food is always prepared well and promptly. The restaurant is always clean. The kitchen is somewhat open to the lobby, and it appears clean as well. I recommend it if you are in the area.

We had to wait on our food for over thirty minutes. We were asked to pull forward and they would have chicken out soon. After we pulled forward and waiting for our meals, other customers behind us were being served. This is absolutely absurd. They gave us absolutely NO explain. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. We will NEVER return to this location again!!!!

i guess if you are hungry enough you might like this place but i personally thought their overall rating was completely justified. the lady taking the order through the drive through speaker was rude. i ordered sauce for my tenders i got gravy inspite of my order. she isnt the type of person to work in customer service and this is coming from a guy that worked as a server at a restaurant. she seemed irritated by the way i ordered for unknown reason and decided to dictate the order taking by having me go through her way of taking an order. i asked for sauce and i got gravy. the chicken was dry. food was subpar but you still pay somewhat of a premium price of $11.98 for the combo. maybe inflation makes that a normal fast food price but you are only about a dollar or two less from paying sit down prices at this miserable chicken establishment. located right infront of tinker airbase and i highly doubt anyone is leaving base to get food from here. came here a bit after 3pm on march 11th 2024. the guy handing me the food was textbook polite felt like southern hospitality but the woman taking order is the type to get complaints.
