Went thru drive thru ordered 1 sunday 1 blizzard no cars ahead waited 13 min got a workers attention they said ice cream machines acting weird then tried to hand us a soupy blizzard and no sunday we asked for a refund they acted extremly rude about it.

Well I just ordered a royal NY cheesecake blizzard and basically got a cup of vanilla ice cream. There was no cheesecake or strawberry in my blizzard whatsoever. 8$ to get ripped off. Won’t be back.

Ordered curbside but had to go in for my order because they don’t have designated curbside parking spots. By the time I got my food the ice cream was melted but everything else was still warm. Their hours are inaccurate as well, it says they’re open until midnight but they have signs on the door saying that they close at 10. Staff are also not very polite, they cuss like sailors to the point where you can hear them in the lobby.

Tell me why...the employees were cussing so loud while I was eating in the lobby with my children.i heard (B) this and (B) that at least five times in a roll. The bacon on my burger tasted gross like it was old and had a fishy taste to it...so here we are.. chilling with cussing and old bacon.the district managers need to stop by every once in a while at night.because that's when you are receiving the most bad reviews..40 dollars for that mess.wow
Went yesterday and got a large dipped cone don't know who fixed it but pretty sure they were absent on training and portion day going to have to step it up people don't like getting taken

Showed up at 11:03 p.m. for some fries and a frosty, fryers and ice cream machines were already shut off for the night. I would understand if I showed up and 11:45 or even 11:30, but I almost an entire hour before closing? That's just ridiculous
