Everything about this location was terrible, food, staffing service and everything looked dirty and unsanitary, gave it a chance and I did, and the workers were more worried about the nba playoffs then the food, loud rap music playing in the background, the drink area was dirty and nasty. All the tables were filthy and sticky. And the cashier had earbuds in and talking to his girl while he stared at me like I was bothering him. Will not return, don’t need to get no refund that bad.

Honestly I'm really disappointed. My husband and I put in an order online. We got a blizzard each, a burger each, and an order each of pretzel sticks and queso. The burgers were kinda mediocre, but they at least got the toppings right. The pretzel sticks were actually pretty good, but the quest was super bland and so thick it didn't move, pretty sure it was sitting in a warmer all day. The worst part? We showed up for our order and we are informed they are out of ice cream!!!!! What kind of ice cream store runs out of ice cream?!?! They said they couldn't refund us because they would have to email their manager, and who knows how long that would take. OR we could come back tomorrow afternoon for our ice cream because their truck comes in around noon. It was super disappointing and the main reason we went was for the blizzards

2 of us ordered on the app separately, order said it would be ready at 12:35pm. Arrived, we were greeted, but they didn't help us for at least 5 min. They had not even started our order. Gave us cups for our drinks, but there was no ice, no lids, no straws. Food was not good. My blizzard was good, but alot of just plain ice cream not mixed with anything. The sundae was horrible, the hot fridge tasted like an ashtray. We didn't leave the store until 1:04pm with our food in hand. We were on our lunch break, good thing we had extra time today otherwise we would have been late. Will never return to this location.

This location is slow and unsanitary. Waited about 10 minutes in line while the employees were arguing about orders. Lots of customers walked away because they were tired of waiting. The employee making orders was rubbing her nose while making ice cream. Been here before as well and had a hair in my ice cream from that same employee. My ice cream also sat on the counter for few minutes. They gave me a number but never called it or brought the order to me. I had to go up and grab it. Poor customer service.

Great food and ice cream. Got our boys 16th birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious.
The fries was not fresh they gave me still fries and my burger was good even though I didn't want white cheese that's all they had but overall the burger was good but the fries was horrible.

It took a while and just ordered shakes then the shakes were basically just ice cream. Definitely not a shake. More of a concrete than a shake. Some ppl like that but I didn't ask for chocolate ice cream or concrete. I wanted a shake to drink. .

I moved from Kansas to Oklahoma and i am so glad we finally have the Dairy Queen here. I miss my orange star crunch but i love the ice cream. They sell more hot items now too. It's a small space and small parking.
