Were Domino's Pizza is concerned this would be one of their better shops, their customer service is exemplary, the food was fresh and ready to go.

Would be zero stars but doesn't let me. Pizzas had no sauce basically. Almost no cheese. Customer service boiled down to, it's the correct amount of cheese and if I want "more" cheese I have to pay for it. I don't want "more" cheese. I just want enough for the pizza to be considered that, and not bread.

I placed an order online to be picked up at the pickup window. When i arrived at the store window to pick up, i was not spoken to, looked at or communicated to for over 10 minutes. I reversed my vehicle and parked, walked inside only to be IGNORED and not taken care of as a customer. I had to interrupt a worker to ASK if my order was ready. Which it WAS, it was just setting in the hot fridge. The two guys who were working seemed to be in an irritable mood but that doesn’t give them the right to not serve customers? Will think 2x before i order here again. Get it together yall.

Ordered my food for pickup, and no one called me to tell me that they were out of pasta. They said that I could wait another hour for them to get some or order something else. I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for them to make me something else.
This place smh. Way to salt of pizza I took one bit and spit it right out. Idk about anyone else but eating this pizza is like pouring salt straight down your throat!!!

Customer is not rite at this Domino's..If you don't like how your pizza is made well you might get cussed at...Maybe hung up on or you might get a refund...All depends on how they feel on that day..

I have had multiple issues with this locations but tonight was the worst yet. I've had times where without telling me when I ordered that there was a problem, I waited two hours for my food only to call and be told it was still going to be another hour. I've had my order delivered with missing items such as dipping sauces. Tonight, I have no clue where my pizza was delivered but it wasn't to my address. I missed a call saying they left it on my porch even though I do not have leave it at my door checked as an option. When I call they inform me that they cannot remake half my order because they're out (and due to an allergy I can't eat anything else). Their offer was to remake half my order and give me a credit for the other half. To be clear, they are not delivering half my order and were also not wanting to refund the money for the half they couldn't provide. They were just offering to make me the pizza I already paid for some other time. There was no attempt on their part to do anything at all to rectify wasting my time and not being able to give me half my order. I refused the remake and I guess I'll get my money back in a couple days for the food they didn't provide tonight. My options are limited with my allergies. But this place is no longer one of them.
Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free pizza but apparently ran out. I can't imagine it's exactly a popular item since only people with the allergy typically order it but they just didn't bother to restock.
