There was only one counter guy went to the drive-thru the drive-thrus only for pickup, no menu on the inside. You had to go online and look at the menu you wanted. I wasn't happy, The only reason I rated any three star was the service

Ordered a pizza around 7 pm 6/17/25. The manager is very rude and unreasonable and unprofessional. Hangs up on customers and expects customer's to take less than what they paid for. I know you can call up your GM if you're unsure how to do something. This guy is literally insane. This place honestly needs to be shut down if this is who's running the place. Crazy. You guys just hire anyone I guess.

Ordered a few pies, they came in a timely manner and tasted great. Their management contacted me to let me know of an issue with a missing ingredient for the pizza that wouldn’t be made as we ordered but they offered us a great alternative and were all very kind and generous, including the drivers.

My daughter order this pizza said it would be ready in 10-15 min, upon arrival it wasn’t ready, first was told 5 min after about 30 min wait, I was told it’s coming and apologize for the wait and when I got the 2 boxes of pizza it wasn’t hot like it just came out the oven. I stay close by and had to warm it up. Supreme pizza was very dry did not taste like Papa John’s quality at all. Called the store and spoke to manager (I guess)!name Jose all he did was deny everything that I stated how the pizza couldn’t have been just cold when it had just came out the oven and I don’t know why you would’ve had to warm it up as if I would call back and completely lie and he could never explain why I had to wait so long for the order at the window actually put me on hold without even telling me and then got back on the phone Verifying my name like he remembered the order and I asked him. Why did you place me on hold without letting me know? He says “I did let you know “it was a waste of time. He did not want to rectify anything and then when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said I can call back in the morning and I said well, what’s the supervisors name Once again I hear the on hold music, smdh very unprofessional and ride, I will never order from this place again.

My gosh! It took over an hour for my $30 delivery and mind you. I had to call to see where my order was!! On a Friday night, during Spring break with teens! You guys have got to do better. I even left a tip. I order from here all the time. This is so frustrating 😤 I ordered at 10:32..pizza delivered at 12am!

Dirty establishment. Dirty employees - no hygiene policies at all? Dirty hands/nails/no gloves/no nets on beards or hair.. horrible customer service.. the guy at window had the audacity to try to argue about a cup of ranch worth change, and they got the whole damn order messed up, took a piece out to dramatize the fact the pizza was not even simply cut correctly and then that we got a regular pizza and not NY style and where we're the pepperoncinis lol - and then had us waiting 20 extra minutes after we pulled up after receiving a text stating my order was ready, but it would be "3 more minutes" that was at 12:46am... we got the pizza at 1:08am. No pride in any type of job these days.

First time ordering from here and it wasn't a good experience. For starters they advertised something and tried to go back on it so I had to order something else. Then my food was cold who wants to pay $71 for cold pizza and wings. I knew I shouldn't of gone through with getting the food my gut told me not too but my kids wanted to try something besides Domino's and mazzios is out of the question. I know some might say that they could have been busy but when we got there they weren't busy. Needless to say just like mazzios we will not be returning the Papa John's.
They always put you on a minimum 20minutes hold and the manager doesn't do it's job and always transfer to different locations or other people. If they can't do their job, I don't know why they keep in their position, and also, they are so rude!!!

Love Papa John's Pizza The Del City location is my go to store My husband and I had pepperoni pizza and cheese breadsticks today for a Christmas dinner. It's awesome always great always fresh and they had the best dough in the world it's got something different to it's a little sweet it's nice being just the two of us and the dogs and not having to worry about cooking dinner and being able to eat out when we want they're always our go-to on a holidays it's like a special treat and it really is.
