Long wait time, no refunds for poor customer service, poor health food handling (cash register to food handling without wearing gloves) no ID badges, no receipts.
Used to be weary of this place because the negative reviews. Gave them a try, happy to find out they are under new management.. My pizza was made to order in the time they told me it would be (20 mins) the staff was upbeat and sociable. The place was very clean (used the restroom it was spotless) I will be going back, probably get a salad too they looked really good on display.. Took pizza back to restaurant (drive thru). Horrible customer service. Amanda (manager) refused to replace or refund one of my pizza’s because i ordered online and made an honest mistake of selecting no sauce. Thinking it was the selection for no cheese. The button option only says “none” and is located above and closer to the cheese selection than than the sauce options.
