This is not your typical Hibachi restaurant where they cook in front of you. You order and they bring it to you. The hibachi was okay, but from what I could see, people come here for the sushi.
I’m literally here every week😫 the sushi and appetizers are very delicious. I recommend the rainbow roll for raw sushi lovers and Kani salad or crispy crab for crab lovers. You’ll enjoy eating here as most things on the menu are great!
Volcano is my favorite place for sushi! Every roll I've had has been not only tasty, but beautiful too! The spicy edamame is TOP TIER. I could make a whole meal of just the spicy edamame! Their employees are also fantastic, and always have a smile on their faces! Great customer service!
