Living kitchen is a wonderful experience! There are many courses. Some better than others. We thought two of courses were excellent and the rest were good. There could definitely been more flavor. I would have loved a southwest spin or southern spin on some of the dishes. The beef dish was flavorless and tough. Short ribs should melt in your mouth. It took 6 years for the stars to align and finally get reservations and it was the NW Passage dinner! The food was fantastic ? The service was amazing. Dessert was a dandelion ice cream. Amazing!
