A group of 15 of us headed here for dinner one night after work as many of us had not been here before. Even with this large group we had no problem at all being seated. Our server was very friendly and attentive as she dealt with all of us. I ended up ordering the chef's cut with a peppercorn crust and the mashed potatoes as my side dish then the toffee bread pudding for desert. The steak itself was cooked well and the crust was amazing while the potatoes were light and fluffy. The pudding was an excellent way to finish off the meal as the flavor and the texture of the pudding was just perfect. A great experience from beginning to the end.

Absolutely fabulous! Steak, chicken, whipped potatoes, Mac n cheese, drinks...everything was great. I didn't have high expectations going in because I'm usually the one that says Texas Roadhouse is cheaper and better lol; but this place was amazing, it is pricey but worth it!

The bread was good and the steak but the lobster macaroni a little overpriced for the flavor in my opinion. Clean and nice place, spent about 130 bucks roughly.
10 minutes to be seated took 20. Once seated, we ordered wine, water, and dinner all at the same time. The wine, water, and bread arrived, but after waiting an hour, we had to ask about our meal. The waiter said it would be ready in 2 minutes, but 10 minutes later, we had to call the manager. We finally got our food after 1 hour and 15 minutes. The ribeye and mushrooms were too salty, the asparagus were the size of udon noodles, and the baked potato was decent. However, the salmon was overcooked, and we didn't finish our meal. The manager removed the mushrooms from the table. The meals was comped, less alcohol. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
This is the worst steak house I have ever been to. First off, the waitstaff was completely incompetent The only thing they did right was take our order. It went downhill from there. We had a party of 8 people and they could not figure out whose order was who’s when they brought the food out. We each initially got served something different than what we ordered. Once we traded dishes amongst ourselves to finally receive what we ordered, It was easy to see how poor quality the meat was before even cutting into it. You should be receiving prime cut meat for the price you’re getting charged, but you are lucky if it’s even select meat. Seriously, this meat was of the poorest quality. Then once cutting into the steak is where it got worse. Everyone’s steak was cold and overcooked. Two of our party couldn’t even eat it. Two were sent back because it was so cold and the restaurants remedy was to put it in the microwave and serve again. Finally the manager came to our table and he was the most incompetent of them all. He actually said he was getting different stories of everything that went wrong and apologized and said please give us another chance while still charging us the full $1,500 for the complete barnyard explosion experience we had. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. You can seriously get a better steak down the street at Applebee’s.

Celebrated my husband 40th birthday here. Order their steak and it did not disappoint! So tender, so juicy so yummy along with their creamy mashed potatoes!! Crème brûlée for the sweet tooth fixing was on point! Yum!
Jeannette, the young lady that works the bar, was absolutely the best ! She makes the best crab cakes ! We had them back in March but this go around was wayy better ! Jeanette was friendly and kind ! Best waitress bartender ever!
Thank you

First timers. The food was a wonderful way to celebrate our birthday's. Melody our server was great and so was our hostess, Ariel. The dress code is not enforced seeing the wife beater muscle shirt which we don't care, just stop saying it's business casual. There were also non collar shirts. The dress code was like being on Carnival cruise ship.

08/10/24.. Full disclosure: Vegas Born and raised. My review might be a bit jaded.
This restaurant has the old dark, dank Vegas vibe. I highly recommend reservations if you don't want to wait. The service is first-rate and rivals anything seen in a Hotel Casino regardless of location. It aint cheap but you already knew that! The options although limited...... Rrrr Fan Flippn Tastic! These folks know beef! The service / quality/ and price range are very reasonable.. Only thing, I think I was the only customer that it wasn't their Birthday.. Seriously!!!
Great place to eat if you wanna swanky it up some..
Plotted. Scouts Out.
Vegetarian options: It's a steak restaurant 4 crud sakes.

A group of 7 dined here last night, when the wine order was placed, our waitress laughed, left the table and returned with the “sommelier” who inquired if that was indeed the wine we wanted and also laughed. When the wine arrived, it took 20 mins for him to open it and decant it and pour the wine. If the wine is that terrible, why is it on your menu?
It’s rude to laugh in a guests face. You need to train your staff. If your staff is so ashamed of serving Switzer Family Vineyard wines, you should remove it from your list.
No reservations were available. That’s okay I totally get that. The place was packed when we talked to them on Friday. They did assure us that the bar was open seating and it was first come/first serve. They recommended that we got there a few minutes before they open to get a seat. We planned our day around it and got there when suggested. There were already a few people in front of us in line but there were plenty of seats at the bar so we waited patiently. As we walked up to the bar we quickly realized there were only 4 seats that were first come/first serve. The other 16 seats were all reserved. Terrible experience!
If there were 10 stars for service, 1832 would get it. Brian (Bryan?), the manager, was on point in his dining room.
Evelyn, our server, was attentive and knew exactly what to recommend for us. She claimed to not be a sommelier, but she's well on her way.
The charcuterie board was the perfect start to a perfect evening.
Memories are made at 1832.
