Maybe they were just having a bad night but it was not a nice dining experience in general. The bar was too busy to get us drinks in a timely fashion and it took close to 30 minutes to get our drinks. Maybe the kitchen was also understaffed as the food took even longer. The burgers seemed cold and not freshly cooked. It was quite a disappointing dining experience . Maybe service is better in the bar area?

I ordered the southwest bowl and my corn/bean mix had frozen pieces in them. Would have been great since thats what i usually get from applebee's
Forgot to mention that the outside of my bowl was not clean and was messy. My coworker gave me permission to add that their drink had an insect (black) in it. Server did bring her a replacement. We were a team and all of us had issues with our food etc

Not a very professional restuarant. At 6:05 pm I ordered pickup for my wife and I tonight, pickup time of 6:30p. I arrived at 6:37p and the food wasn't ready. At 6:52, I asked how much longer, the young lady said a few minutes. At 7:04 I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else. The lady said it would be a few more minutes. I reminded her that's what she said 12 minutes ago, please give me a refund so I can leave. She informed me she would get a manager. At 7:10pm the manager brought my food out. Said "here's your food" I said thanks and left pretty mad. No apology or explanation. Hopefully he spoke to the other 3 upset people waiting for their orders that kept me company. Terrible guest service.
I should have expected it considering I was in there on 1-9-2025 to purchase a $50 gift card and they couldn't work their card swipe machines. They kept telling me just a few more minutes. After the 4th time hearing this I left.

Waitress was very good. The restroom appeared unattended, sink & floor needs to be cleaned. We left an hour after dark without any outside lighting.

We waited to be seated with four other families that arrived before us for about 10 minutes. No one came to the front to seat anyone. Several wait staff saw there were people waiting to be seated but no one acknowledged us. Never saw a manager. We left.
