So we've stopped there twice now on our way to Arkansas from C.S. Texas. The first go a few months ago, we waited a very long time for the meals. We asked our waitress and she wasn't sure why. It was not busy by any means. This time the same situation. 46 minutes. There were 2 adults and 4 kids with easy menu orders. The service from our servers was ok...just plan to wait awhile if you have a larger group

I really hate to do this! I never leave bad reviews! But......I recently visited Applebee's in durant. It was a terrible experience. Pretty sure My server was devyn. At least I think. Her name was on the ticket but I never saw her until she wanted my money. The bathrooms were disgusting. My husband came back to the table and said someone had took a dump in the urinal. Woman's restroom smelled of fresh feces and sewage. The atmosphere was good. It was a beautiful restaurant, just terrible staff. Asked for a manager after our food came out cold. Devyn insisted she was a manager. Hahahaha yeah right. I got a burger and you could literally break a window with it!! Should have used that as my escape plan. Now for the best part....... My bil was 78.82 and when I looked at my bank statement there was an extra $20 charge!! I will not be coming back!!! And neither should you!!

Dominick was the worst servicer I've encountered in a long time. Harley , any customers there , food took forever to come out and could not find our server. Maybe 5 customers in the whole place. I couldn't even get a drink, will not come back here again.

Came here for Christmas what a joke ! Sat down right away 1 hour & 40 mins it took for my steak I ordered to arrive rare !!! Manager said she will take 10 percent off and didn't ! The place wasn't even busy.... Fries cold, refills took forever, everything I asked for took SO long.... Mozzarella sticks they even brought out 6 when there is supposed to be 8 !!! Never Again !!!

Christmas Eve 2025 enjoying supper with my family. Devin is our waitress she is AMAZING!!!!! Making sure our drinks are full...making sure we are good but keeping us alone at the same time... definitely deserves a raise!!!

We went here to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was disappointing. Service was very slow, and it appeared the bartender may have been the only server working. On top of that, several of the TVs were showing hunting footage, including skinning animals and close-ups of deer antlers and tissue still attached. This was extremely unpleasant to watch while eating. A few TVs had a game on, which would have been fine, but the rest were either showing this content or turned off. Overall, it was not an enjoyable dining experience. It was quite gross.

Food came 45 minutes after order. Three of the 5 of us ordered mashed potatoes and all three were cold, like not even warm. We asked to speak with the manager, we were told they'd come talk to us, but they never showed up. Our waitress was great and very apologetic, but it wasn't her fault.

The menu is misleading. My grandma double check if her meal choices had the flame 🔥 icon. it didn't. But her meal was spicy and irritated her allergies.
Came in others waiting at front when we got there. They were saying ridiculous wait time. No staff in sight. Waitress came out of back said she was in bathroom. Finally got seated and then she disappeared for a while and came back later saying computer was messed up. If wasn't hungry already would have left. Started review before meal so the food better be good. Others came in after us and had to wait up front for a long time no staff in sight. Chips and straw paper pieces on ground. Brought out salad but had to go back and get the dressing lol. Food was ok. Updated My wife asked if I already did review because she went out early music was loud and obnoxious she said a waitress was asleep in a booth on way to the restroom. Usually have no prob with applebees.

I went to have a few drinks with my friend on Sunday night and had an amazing experience. It looked liked they have new staff. There was a female manager who was stopping by and checking on all the guests. My friend and I enjoyed talking to her. The bartender Yasmine was super chill and welcoming. Drinks were spot on, and the vibe she created made the night even better.
