I went to have a few drinks with my friend on Sunday night and had an amazing experience. It looked liked they have new staff. There was a female manager who was stopping by and checking on all the guests. My friend and I enjoyed talking to her. The bartender Yasmine was super chill and welcoming. Drinks were spot on, and the vibe she created made the night even better.

How to drink, it was amazing. We did the two for $25 deal. I got the chicken parmesan fettuccine alfredo and the noodles were undercooked. The chicken was dry and I was sick for 2 days after I ate there. I thought it was just me, but 2 others in my family got just as sick as I did with their order of the Alfredo. Their chips for the spinach artichoke had a horrible aftertaste, just like Burger King.

When we visited, our server seemed overwhelmed and a bit agitated she was scrambling around and unfortunately kept forgetting about our table. It was starting to feel like we were going to have a rough dining experience. Thankfully, a young lady named Ronnie, who was in training, really stepped up. She stayed calm, composed, and checked on us consistently to make sure we had everything we needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly turned things around and made the visit enjoyable.

This place has seriously gone down hill. Took over 15 minutes to get our appetizer which is fine but the waitress never came back. We had empty drinks while she took care of other tables. Took over 35 minutes to get our food and then she finally refilled our drinks. My daughter’s food came out with a spider in it (she ate half of her burger before seeing it) and the waitress took her food but never offered to replace it or comp the meal. The waitress didn’t come back after and we all ended up losing our appetites. My food was very underwhelming and was definitely made at least 15 minutes before she brought it out. It was barely warm but the plate was still hot. We will not be coming back here. The service is awful (it was not busy either) and the food was underwhelming. Our waitress was Kelly and we spent over $80 for disgusting food and terrible service.

It was EXTREMELY slow today when me and my family went to eat out check number was 7841-688035.. Me and my husband used to go every Friday and now services are horrible both of the last 2 times we’ve went.. Today we went around 3 and we didn’t pay our check till 6:27 and it was dead and shouldn’t have been taken so long and 2 of 4 of our meals was messed up and 2 got the buffet for 15.99 and got 4 small hard wings and was a total waste of money… Not sure what has changed but if you wanna eat within a time frame instead of almost 4 hours go to chilis..

We had been traveling and arrived late in the evening. We were seated, and our orders were taken in a timely manner. Our orders arrived just as we asked and were enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this location.

Don't even go there we got a salad if you want to call it that salad the lettuce was wilted even dirty it had no cheese no tomatoes it was bits and pieces of lettuce and bits and pieces of chicken I called and got my money back. Spend $50 they're almost 60 and the salad was almost $16 and it was like a bowlful

I’m not one to leave a bad review but my husband found what we believe could be glass in his chicken sandwhich and then my brother in laws order was wrong plus a hair in his burger. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this location. Not only that but I personally don’t feel like the manger handled it very well. Almost seemed like he thought we made it up for a free meal but he had only had maybe 3 bites of his chicken sandwich. 👎
