They just lost out on over 100$ online order cause they shut the app down an hour early if they had a proper management this wouldnt happen if the gm held the store accountable for cheating customers like this

Folks are always quick to share bad reviews, I wanted to share a good one today. Went in with the family young man by the name of Brandon (I believe) was working. Was very polite and seemed to be actually enjoying his job and taking the time to speak to his customers. Was a pleasure to do business with. Also our order was out quick and everything was good ? keep up the good work, it don’t go unnoticed.
The sides are great, but don't order the roast beef unless you want food poisoning. That's twice now, and I won't be returning.

We went to this Arby's they served us molded bread and argued that it wasnt!! Request a refund and received refund!! Tried them again today and the roast beef was completely dried out and hard couldn't eat it so again a refund was given!! Do not go to this arby restaurant it needs to go out of business and the owner needs to be bankrupt!!

Both bathrooms are leaking water 1-2 inches. Tried to tell someone who works there about it and got discriminated against and they refused to do anything about it. They tried to put the blame on me and other customers even though it's not our faults. No wet floor cones present to warn customers about the wet floor. Plumbing appears to be leaking.
Slow service and no followup. Food was good but the Sirlon steak was well done and should have been medium. Waitress never followed up on the food and we had to ask another one for assistance.

I usually have good experiences here but the past 2 times I have ordered something I haven't gotten it. I ordered a side of jalapeño bites and the person on the drive through asked 5 PC or 8 PC I said 8. I get home and it's not here or on the receipt. At least I wasn't charged for them but I'm still pretty passed off because someone wasn't listening obviously.

I get the greek gyro there everytime. I tried other stuff but the greek gyro is the best thing they have there. I also got their milkshakes. The milkshakes are the best milkshakes I could get. But they're also EXPENSIVE but its worth it honestly.

This Arbys is in Dope-topia aka Durant, and they need to be like Dairy Queen and Billy Sims and just close up shop. First of all 95% of the time the dining room is closed or the whole resturant (claiming not enough staff to work) I guess getting HIGH is more important even to the manager because they could work. When they are open and you HAVE go through the drive thru you have to repeat yourself 4 or 5 times, then when you get to the window you have to repeat yourself again.
