This place had an advantage when I showed up but my review is still only as fair as they deserve. I came here after having been disappointed by a coffee shop downtown. I can't say that they had what I came for but I can say that the coffee was good for what it was. I was hoping for something like a liquid desert but ended up having a hot coffee with butter pecan syrup and vanilla flavoring. I tried the avocado toast because... why not? I like avocado. It was okay but it was three pieces of a thin toast with a little more than half the surface area of a standard piece of bread. I didn't expect a value at a coffee boutique so I didn't look at the menu price. One thing I can absolutely recommend is the baked oatmeal. I was given a sample that was actually quite generous. The flavor is rich enough that two small bites would have told me if it is for me. It most definitely is. This stuff is good enough to be a dessert. It was suggested that it could have used a little more cream but I had no complaints. I'll have to ask if they have vanilla ice cream when I go back.

Wanted to stop by and try a pour over, but to my surprise the shop is closed at 3p on Saturday. Wish I would have know before I pulled off the highway 🙁. Please update your hours on Google to reflect that you close at 2p on Saturday. And your sign on the building… it shows 6p as well.

Instead opted for a banana smoothie made with coconut milk.

My personal favorite coffee spot in Durant, OK!
I’ve been a regular for years, and the coffee is consistently perfect. Drive-thru service & their new online ordering option are life savers. The inside areas have plenty of seating, table space, outlets, and internet access! There is a small, free parking lot on site. This spot is pet friendly also, as there is a dog park and outdoor seating & tables! The bacon cheddar scones are my personal favorite thing, but the muffins & ham and cheese sliders are also great.
