The food quality has gone down over the years. Fries could use improving.(I’d suggest Dairy Queen fries like the ones at Caddo) Also, they charge extra for every little condiment now..at Braums just down the road they don’t charge for sauces!

Never been disappointed at a chicken express but was extremely disappointed here today. Received less chicken than the meal was supposed to come with as well as chicken nugget sized chicken strips. Didn't get any of the several sides of ranch that were ordered and the fries were soggy to the point they were inedible.

Stopped for lunch during roadtrip. Got the family meals with legs and thighs. Super juicy meat with crispy skin, quite a satisfying experience overall. Corn on the cob was a bit too bland though, would've been better with some kind of seasoning to come with. Lunchtime was a bit busy yet food came out pretty quick. Staff is helpful and courteous. Highly recommended!
Picked up a gallon of their tea and 2 apple pies was told to pull up and they would bring out the pies but after a long wait I had to go inside to pick them up.

My husband and I got there right when they opened, I ordered my husband the three piece bone-in chicken breast. The chicken was dry and when he peeled the skin back it was brown, so right there you could tell it was not fresh. Tasted like the chicken was leftover from the day before. The chicken should have been hot and fresh considering they just opened. Also you could tell the workers had nothing to do, because there were a lot of horseplaying going on. The manager on duty joined in on the playing around. Will not be going back to this location. This location used to be better than that. We went there on Wednesday July 9th at 10:30 am.

Worst customer service I've experienced. The little boy up front was just whispering and looking off in space, not making eye contact at all , and once I was done ordering, he'd go back to talk to the others working in the back and they kept looking at us. Then he forgot to hand me my cup and when I asked for it. He insisted I was already given it, and after going back and forth he finally gave me one. I was handed my food where they forgot my corn nuggets, which was an honest mistake, yet I didnt know I had to bring my plate to get them, and he proceeded to go back and talk with this little girl and they kept staring at us the whole time and we could hear them talking about it. It wasn't like I worker there or went there everyday to even be aware of that. Employees were taking food off the line and eating it. My food was okay, chicken was a chewy and you could tell it had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. Overall, I would not go here unless you are prepared for the worst customer service ever. Keep your money and take it elsewhere!!!!!!

Honestly don’t even know where to start my friend didn’t get part of her order so she went up to the little boy running the lobby and he was talking very quietly so she asked him what he said so he said I need your basket so I can put the missing item on your plate and after that was said and done everyone in the back was looking at us making us very uncomfortable then all the sudden you see some girl in the back talking very loudly to her coworkers saying I can’t believe she didn’t know you had to have the basket to put the missing items on 1st of all there should have been no missing item and 2nd we don’t work there honestly save you money and go anywhere else but there everyone is rude and will look at you as they are talking about you and I seen some of the employees there taking food off the line and eating it as they where working
The corn nuggets weren’t great but the rest of the meal was excellent and the service was fast.
