I gave the food a two stars because the strips are very very tiny and they only give you a little bit for the price. They taste great just tiny.
This place was great. Especially for people with gastroparesis. The food was awesome.
Never open when they say they are and always out of product before closing.
I didn't check my order till I got home only to find out they charged me for corn nuggets but didn't give them to me. Also I asked for honey mustard instead of gravy but it's like they they weren't listening at all!
Dined in and couldn't stand the very strong chemical smell while there. Only stayed bc they have outdoor seating and my kid wanted chicken. Good wasn't great either.
Best chicken tenders around.

You couldn't ask much more from a fast food restaurant. It's by far one of my favorite fast food places in Durant.

Extremely satisfied. I don’t eat fast food but stopped by while passing from Tx to Arkansas and to my surprise the food was pretty good. Got 3 fillet meal and it was good! Mom got gizzards and that was good too.
Paid $25 for two meals, and the didn't include the rolls. Called the night manager and she told me the next time I come through, jest tell them to replace them. The next night when I came through, the made such a big deal about it, that I didn't want the replacement. They asked me for a receipt; they cathered about four employees around talking about it. They didn't just replace it, like the manager told me. Chicken Express lost my business.

For what it is, it's great. I really appreciate the side of gravy with chicken tenders and the option to replace the drink with a second side. I often choose this meal over the good chicken at my neighborhood convenience store or the KFC across the main drag from Chicken Express. The okra is a great side for its strong breading and tender fruit. In an area where Churches Chicken doesn't exist, this place is a nice stand-in for them. The staff is polite and professional. I've never needed to talk to management here except to offer praise for above-and-beyond service.
If I have one complaint, it is that they don't ask which bread option you want. You may get down the road and find that you have a roll instead of the desired biscuit. I might add that the last two times I went, it seemed like they are using shrinkflation on the biscuits of all things.
Parking: It is intended that you enter the lot on one side of the building and exit on the other, as if you are a drive-through customer.
