Domino’s in Durant is disgusting. I’ve never had a good experience. I was picking up my pizzas when I saw an employee drop a pizza ON THE FLOOR, and PROCEED to put in the box anyways for it to be served. He only threw it away and said he would remake it when he realized it was my order that he dropped. If I had walked in 5 seconds later, I would have taken that pizza and had no idea. Even worse, on other occasions they can’t even get my order right and I’ve never seen anyone wear gloves or wash their hands. Employees are disgusting, seriously need to get it together.

I placed an order online and when I chose what time I wanted it to be placed to order as the app States they made it 15 minutes before that I drove over an hour away to pick up and when I called to tell them about that they're making it too early they said nothing could be done

I ordered on-line, they got the order completely wrong twice, having it delivered. That's when I took it back myself, ordered it myself while standing there in person, again they got it completely wrong. This is why I will never order from the Durant Oklahoma dominos ever again, and I'm a pizza person!!!

Witnessed a female delivery throw the pizza box and it came open and she walked away. Called the store, was just being curious, and I asked to speak to a manager. Well the GM came to the phone almost 10 minutes later. I told her what was going on and she said, “Yea I don’t have any female drivers tonight.” !?!?! Ok? Well I clearly saw a FEMALE with a YALLS logo on her shirt!!! A joke is that conversation was!! Can’t take the Gm seriously and lying is just out of character with the position you hold. Do better.
I placed an order through the app and selected the “cash upon delivery” option. However, the driver showed up without any cash on hand and we ultimately never received our food. When I called the store to resolve the issue, I was met with one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve had to date. The general manager was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. When I politely asked for the corporate number to escalate the issue, she hung up on me mid-conversation. For a national chain, this level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. This location is clearly mismanaged and lacks even the most basic professionalism. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice.

The worst experience we ever had at this dominoes. I could tell they definitely need communication with each other because no one was talking to each other to make sure orders were going out correctly, we got a completely different order and it had to be remade TWICE. Got all the way back to our hotel and had to drive all the way back. Didn’t even get a sorry or offered a refund. Everyone was standing around like deer in headlights. Management needs to retrain literally everyone it was ridiculous.
