Was excited about the new French dip sandwich so 2 of us from work ordered them. The problem was that they forgot to add the "dip", the whole purpose of the French dip sandwich. The others enjoyed their sandwiches, & I suppose the roast beef sandwiches would have been better with Au Jus, but that is all they were...nothing spectacular especially for the higher than average price. I called to see if we could get sandwiches at a later to date to compensate for the error....I was told I could come back in for the AuJus (was 30 minute trip each way) but that was about it along with a "sorry about that". The young manager finally offered a discount on another purchase because after all we "got the sandwiches" & was appalled at the thought of a couple of sandwiches pro gratis at a later date... Somehow, while his answer was very short of a "please come back & allow us to make up for the mistake", I honestly doubt if the lengthy trip would be worth it.

Staff is always great. It's great to talk to the owner as well when he is in. Plus, THEY HAVE THE HOT SAUCE BAR!

I came in before closing and tried to get 2 large brisket subs. He could only make 1. It was horrible fatty nasty I spit out most of it and now my stomach hurts. Maybe that's what I get for going in at closing but that should have never been served to a person.

Some lady was in the store saying they were out of bread, and that was putting in a review. So in defense of the store, they were only out of medium wheat bread. They had all the rest, including gluten free. Excellent service and they handled the customer well.

Came in on a slow Sunday evening and was not greeted whatsoever when I walked in the door, there were three people at the register and none of them said anything when I came up to order either. I finally just had to start ordering myself, the girl was very rude and did not even try to be friendly. The sandwiches were fine though.

The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and assumed I was leaving without paying for items when in fact I have a bank statement showing I paid for them. He was very rude from the beginning and right from the beginning was trying to start a confrontation. When none of that happened and in fact everything was paid for and he looked ridiculous. I don't appreciate the way he interacted with me he was very hateful.

Made an order for me and my daughter. Ordered the smokehouse cheddar beef brisket sandwich on wheat and an order of the Mac n cheese with two drinks. Food comes out with half a sandwich and the Mac n cheese so I explain that my order is incorrect. Instead of fixing the order all three girls behind the counter top argue and get an attitude with me because I’m upset with the order because they didn’t want to remake. We will not be coming back!!!

So I order the food on line and pick it up to yesterday I ordered 2 sandwiches one was a same and then the large when I went to eat my the small one I noticed that the bread was rock hard and I broke a tooth on it the meat was cold and it was meat and cheese only on the inside there was no sauce when I gave My Husband his the sandwich was not even made correctly. There were toppings that were just in the side, not even on the sandwich. The two bags of chips that we got that came with the sandwiches. We didn’t get a choice in the flavor and then I had ordered two drinks and when I asked the lady, she said that the cups were in the counter I could just grab them if I wanted to and there was a drink machine over there I had never used to drink machine like that before, so was inclined to ask for help but then heard them talking about how I was an idiot, so proceeded to get the drinks that I purchased after figuring out the machine that didn’t even work right because the drinks barely had any flavor to them at all and then on my way out could hear them talking about what I was wearing because I was wearing my uniform for work overall not very happy with this place and will not be going back again even though I have lived in Durant for about 10 years and have ate there once before and it was not good, so that was about four years ago decided to give them another chance and still they have felt not recommend save your money go to loves or go to Subway. You will get better quality food and at least the people there are nice.

The woman behind the counter at this location was the most rude person ever. I don't know how you can treat people with such disrespect. If you ask what flavors of juice they have for kids meals, the only thing she is capable of saying is "many." If you ask any questions or try to get any information or details, all you get is a snotty attitude.
