This place absolutely was horrible to experience, I walked in the door to a disgusting smell, not one person said anything as I walked in, I stood there like a idiot waiting to place my order, before I saw someone else that came in after me walked up and started ordering, that’s when I said “where do I place my order at” and the person before me placed the order instead, the only saving grace was just 1 worker was nice so I will mention that. And it wasn’t the girl with black hair that checked me out at the register, it was the man with the red hat and blue glasses, he needs a raise cause the rest of the staff is horrible.

Was excited about the new French dip sandwich so 2 of us from work ordered them. The problem was that they forgot to add the "dip", the whole purpose of the French dip sandwich. The others enjoyed their sandwiches, & I suppose the roast beef sandwiches would have been better with Au Jus, but that is all they were...nothing spectacular especially for the higher than average price. I called to see if we could get sandwiches at a later to date to compensate for the error....I was told I could come back in for the AuJus (was 30 minute trip each way) but that was about it along with a "sorry about that". The young manager finally offered a discount on another purchase because after all we "got the sandwiches" & was appalled at the thought of a couple of sandwiches pro gratis at a later date... Somehow, while his answer was very short of a "please come back & allow us to make up for the mistake", I honestly doubt if the lengthy trip would be worth it.

I came in before closing and tried to get 2 large brisket subs. He could only make 1. It was horrible fatty nasty I spit out most of it and now my stomach hurts. Maybe that's what I get for going in at closing but that should have never been served to a person.

Some lady was in the store saying they were out of bread, and that was putting in a review. So in defense of the store, they were only out of medium wheat bread. They had all the rest, including gluten free. Excellent service and they handled the customer well.

Came in on a slow Sunday evening and was not greeted whatsoever when I walked in the door, there were three people at the register and none of them said anything when I came up to order either. I finally just had to start ordering myself, the girl was very rude and did not even try to be friendly. The sandwiches were fine though.

The gentleman behind the counter was very rude and assumed I was leaving without paying for items when in fact I have a bank statement showing I paid for them. He was very rude from the beginning and right from the beginning was trying to start a confrontation. When none of that happened and in fact everything was paid for and he looked ridiculous. I don't appreciate the way he interacted with me he was very hateful.
