We love Freddys so we stopped at this one. The kids cheeseburger didn't taste like the ones at other Freddy locations. It wasn't the best. We also ordered a large chili cheese fries and it seemed very small for a large portion. We ordered a large fry before at the location in Sherman, and it was double this. Just a bummer experience for us.

My family and I decided to do on vacation a little over a week ago, with a 12-hour drive from start to finish. With Durant around the midpoint in the road trip. We went inside and our order was taken promptly, but that is the last good thing I could say about it. They were understaffed and we waited for an hour for our food. When we really needed to get back on the road. Wouldn't recommend the Freddies in Durant to anyone, I would find another place to eat if you're traveling on 75.

Service was poor through the drive thru. Food order was cold and wrong spent 50.00 dollars and restaurant was just nasty outside.

Edited — I usually love Freddy’s. The last 2-3 times I’ve been to this location lately, it has been disappointing. The fries were overcooked, greasy brown, tasted like old grease. The cheese curds have been tasting like old dirty grease. Today I placed an order on the app and when I arrived it said ready. It was not. I gave them a chance to finish because it was busy. When I got my order, they were out of drink straws, I said it’s fine. Got to my truck, got my fries out and they were horrible. Get in the drive through behind one car, wait for a good 10 minutes. Get to the window and show the lady my fries, ask for new ones. They give me new fries, I look in the bag and they are just as bad. I just left. Not sure when I will be back, I may just go to the one further away in Texas next time.

Restaurant is very dirty & run down, employees do not use proper food handling- reached in garbage can & was mad when I insisted they put on clean gloves. Bathrooms had no paper towels, no fry sauce or salt were available. Dropped the custards on the table before food arrived- custard soup? Place appears to be on the brink of permanent closure

went to the drive thru to sit there for 10 minutes without anyone coming over the speaker, decided to just go inside after taking my 3 kids out of their seats, stood at the front counter for 5 minutes without anyone even coming to the front counter to get our order & we ended up just leaving to go somewhere else. i get short staffed, but if that were the case, someone could’ve atleast said it’ll be a minute before i can get to you & any communication would’ve been better than this experience. horrible.

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for a simple burger and tots its lunch time and nobody is even in line here… maybe next time I can come in and cook the burger myself??

I have been here multiple time always loved it. But on 7/18 a couple friends and I went. The bun for burger was about size of quarter and meat patty size of frisbee. Seriously. Also burger tasted like cooked on dirty grill. Sorry I will not be back

Unfortunately, the restaurant was not clean. The fries were good. However, my burger was undercooked. The hotdog was also a let down.

Don’t door dash from here, and always check your stuff when ordering drive through. like while you are still in front of the window. Staff is absolutely careless. Worst Freddie’s around. Chance after chance Freddie’s in Durant never fails to disappoint me! Thanks for another bad experience.
