Jennifer waited on me and the service was great! My cheeseburger and fries were sooooo good. The manager Jeremy was super helpful. After lunch, I got a hugh slice of carrot cake for desert. I can highly recommend.

onyx weekend sucked. no rooms available and aqua dinner was not available because I was not on the list. do not send inventations for onyx weekend if you are not going to have it. some may see this as false advertisement.

We just experienced the WORSE Onyx annual weekend ever. We weren’t notified til 10/8 about the weekend, then was told there were NO rooms available & that we’d have to be put on a “waiting” list. However within that same day, our host was able to get a room for 1 night. We get to the event & are given an itinerary for the weekend….. only drawings for Friday night, no reception, no food, no drinks. Saturday, only drawings, then a dinner at the Aqua pool… we find out at 2:30 Saturday afternoon from some friends that the dinner had been moved several days before to the magnolia banquet room (was not on the itinerary) & that you had to check in beginning at 2. We head straight to check in & oopsssssss we’re NOT on the invite list & they are at capacity for the night. What?!? But we’re Onyx & it’s THE Onyx weekend….. ?!? NO ONE was even concerned at the event that we were actually Oynx & couldn’t get in…They told us they MIGHT have some no shows & we could check back later or call our host to put us on the wait list. After contacting our host, apparently the “computer” dropped alot of people & they might have openings later that night. Why the hell would you have an event for a group of people & NOT accommodate them. Lord knows that Choctaw is big enough to hold the group. We were then told at 9:30 that we could go on up til 10, they would serve us…no thanks to the leftovers. That’s all they offered for Saturday ALL day. (Considering you had to be on the “list” for the only 2 things they offered, we probably weren’t even eligible for any of the drawings) Then comes the Sunday Brunch, told all we had to do was check in, get our band & we’d be good….guess who wasn’t on the LIST again? We immediately left the casino, we are definitely not the largest gamblers, but we earned the rights just like the rest of them did.
I guess the rant is, you offer a Retreat for your so called special people, such a special weekend (which was actually the worse itinerary ever) & it turns into a nightmare. The only 2 small pitiful things you do for them & not all the Onyx can even get in…?!? Whoever setup this event should be FIRED, what a way to treat your highest level of players. Why would you even want to pour your money into a place like that, will definitely consider other options in future.

Service has been really great the two times I've been in with both Brandon and Cierra. Food has been good as well, country breakfast the first time and then the chicken tenders. It's nice having somewhere to eat that's open 24hrs
y’all gave me all caesar dressings and no chipotle ranch for my fried pickles…seriously? forgot 2 croissants we ordered and don’t bother ordering a caesar salad here because they will give you an uncut chicken filet 😑
