Guy Fieri's American Kitchen & Bar

I had high hopes for this place given the name but it was very disappointing. Our nachos (chips) were over cooked, the Cajun pasta tasted like it was a pre-made frozen bag of pasta I’d buy from the store when I don’t want to cook. Ordered fries for my daughter and got a ton of random fries, waffles fries and oddly shaped huge chunks of potatoes. Sadly, my favorite item was my Diet Coke. I did read the review before going but was hopeful we would have a different experience. Will never be back.

Waiting forever for a table. They lie saying 15 minutes and is more than 30. If they are honest we can decide if wait or not

Over priced for zero flavor
Wife had the a burger and I had nachos. The meat in both dishes was at minimum 73/27 ground beef with ABSOLUTELY ZERO flavor or seasonings don't waste your money here

We went on New Years Eve. The atmosphere was definitely not as expected for when the clock actually turned midnight. Literally crickets except by the customers. I ordered a cheeseburger. No flavor. Husband ordered nachos. He didn't care for it. We have been to many of Guy Fieri restaurants including cruise ship this place would have him removing his signature off all together. As it would be an embarrassment. Work on the flavor you guys. Bring the food up to par especially when customers are paying $50 for a burger, nacho, and 2 drinks!!!

First time in one of this chef's restaurants. First off, I will never understand why there was a 20 minute wait when over half the tables were empty. The only thing we could think of is that the casino holds most of the tables in reserve. Do not get the queso appetizer. It is nothing but a cheap processed cheese dip. Do get the American Kobe burger. Best burger I have had in a very long time. The salmon and grits were also of excellent quality. Service was great and the atmosphere was good, even if the slot machine noise was in the background.

Such a fun place to try, I loved Tre atmosphere and we had a wonderful waitress. The food was a bit overpriced for what I would consider to spend $20 pp on but it is inside a famous casino so maybe that’s why. All in all I’d eat here again just would try something different next time maybe it was just what we ordered this first time.

Did the trash can nachos. The chips were basically crumbs. Everything else was an mushy liquid. Also made me sick about hour after eating.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here. The service is always slow and understaffed. However, the servers we’ve had have always been kind and friendly!

Wished there was better quality control.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your establishment. When I requested to speak with the manager on duty about issues with my meal, she was both disrespectful and rude. Additionally, she refused to address my concerns or offer any resolution, such as a credit on my bill.

I was hoping for understanding and professionalism but, unfortunately, left feeling dissatisfied and unheard. This experience has deterred me from returning to your restaurant.

I wanted to share this feedback in hopes that it might prompt better customer service for future guests.

Staff was rude. Food did not come out all together. The food had no quality control and was not worth the price.

With 2 parties ahead of us we were told the wait was a minimum of 1 hr. The wait was over 2 hrs. with several empty tables visible.

Steak sandwich came out with 5 pieces of steak and a drop of sauce. Brought it to managers attention and he wasn't interested in quality control. Paid and left. Not sure Guy would want his name on this location.

Food was actually good, just small portions for the money. Fries not that great. Average at best. Burger and Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich was good. Cajun Chicken Alfredo was good. Just small portions. Only 4 or 5 small asparagus with burger side. U can choose another but no many options. Brussel sprouts or fries or coleslaw was only other sides. Heavy wooden uncomfortable chairs. Dark and Dreary.... Wasn't bad, but not impressed either...

Kid-friendliness: Staff was friendly.

My first time here and i believe last. Chicken tenders-no seasoning, no flavor just bleh. Fries- too crunchy and stale like. Pulled pork nachos, meat was too dry, cheese sauce -eh, chips were delicious, black beans just that.

I really expected more from his restaurant. Oh well.

Place is overrated.
Overpriced and mediocre food.
The corn queso bacon dip was surprisingly tasty but the chips were sad looking…overcooked in old oil perhaps..
The steak sandwich was very bland and not worth the $21! We asked for the seasoning since there was none so we sprinkled some on the steak just to be partially enjoyable to eat.
The breaded chicken strip basket was $18 and definitely lacked ingredients for such a price, a dill pickle would’ve been nice at least 🙄
Guy Fieri, you should come by sometime and check in on your place, needs some attention.

I suppose even the best restaurants have bad experiences, based on my food, I’m surprised Frieri put his name on this. I ordered the old skool steak sandwich. The steak was tough and at one point there was a huge chunk of gristle that was simply inedible. The roll they served it in could have been used for croutons. But my wife said her kobi beef burger was excellent, and she ate more than she usually does. The service was great and the atmosphere fun. Honestly, looking at the other reviews on this dish, it should be removed from the menu.
