I have been following Guy since he first appeared on Food TV. So, I was excited to eat at his restaurant. What a disappointment! The setting is industrial. Concrete floors, metal chairs that scrape when moved, etc.
The menu was extremely limited - and expensive. But that wasn't the biggest disappointment. Had my meal been fed to the judges on GGG, he would have been immediately eliminated. The bread to meat ratio was poor. Even worse, the 'triple fries' were soggy - not one crisp fry in the bunch.
I won't be eating here again.

We came in with high expectations and we felt that they were even exceeded.

Fantastic food!

I ordered a $20 salmon Ceasars salad...one of the worst that I have ever had. Wilted and yellow lettuce thrown into a box with a dry overcooked piece of salmon with some sprinkles of parmesan out of a container. Would not recommend!

The food was amazing! We had the ribeye and the bbq platter. Talk about a steak with flavor.🤤 Our service was friendly and quick.

The food was ok, but the staff was lazy and incompetent. This place has gone downhill quickly. The management is just as bad. Allison B was the manager and has zero clues on how to run a business. It took 20 minutes to get a drink and over an hour to get some appetizers.

Ate here after the Rascal Flatts concert. The bartender was great and made a mean lemon drop! The burger was really good and the BBQ sauce for the loaded fries was SPECTACULAR. Highly recommend. Wish we had one close to San Antonio!

There was not anyone that was in a hurry to get anything done. After waiting for an unnecessary amount of time to get a hamburger I cancelled my order and paid for the appetizer and left. The Trashcan nachos were decent.

After all the hype, the actual food was a let down. With all the hype and the price, we expected a special dining experience, not mediocre food. The queso was way too salty and the other food was hit and miss. Pulled pork was just not there but the brisket and sausage were pretty good. The mac and cheese was nothing to write home about but the onion strings were decent. With all the hype and the price point we expected everything to be on point and unfortunately it was not. Not sure if we would go back or try something else next time but definitely leaning towards the latter.

We were staying overnight in Durant during our travels and were excited to finally try a Guy Fieri restaurant. Sadly we never did get to eat or drink anything. We decided to leave after we were sat, given menus and then ignored for over 15 minutes. People arrived after us and were seated in a different section and were immediately serviced. There were 3 people at the hostess station, one never moved and the other two saw us and made eye contact but never acknowledged that we hadn’t been waited on yet. I might have been more understanding if it had been super busy, but it wasn’t, at all. So, we decided to leave and head up the road to Chili’s.

I had high hopes for this place given the name but it was very disappointing. Our nachos (chips) were over cooked, the Cajun pasta tasted like it was a pre-made frozen bag of pasta I’d buy from the store when I don’t want to cook. Ordered fries for my daughter and got a ton of random fries, waffles fries and oddly shaped huge chunks of potatoes. Sadly, my favorite item was my Diet Coke. I did read the review before going but was hopeful we would have a different experience. Will never be back.

Waiting forever for a table. They lie saying 15 minutes and is more than 30. If they are honest we can decide if wait or not

Over priced for zero flavor
Wife had the a burger and I had nachos. The meat in both dishes was at minimum 73/27 ground beef with ABSOLUTELY ZERO flavor or seasonings don't waste your money here

We went on New Years Eve. The atmosphere was definitely not as expected for when the clock actually turned midnight. Literally crickets except by the customers. I ordered a cheeseburger. No flavor. Husband ordered nachos. He didn't care for it. We have been to many of Guy Fieri restaurants including cruise ship this place would have him removing his signature off all together. As it would be an embarrassment. Work on the flavor you guys. Bring the food up to par especially when customers are paying $50 for a burger, nacho, and 2 drinks!!!

First time in one of this chef's restaurants. First off, I will never understand why there was a 20 minute wait when over half the tables were empty. The only thing we could think of is that the casino holds most of the tables in reserve. Do not get the queso appetizer. It is nothing but a cheap processed cheese dip. Do get the American Kobe burger. Best burger I have had in a very long time. The salmon and grits were also of excellent quality. Service was great and the atmosphere was good, even if the slot machine noise was in the background.

Such a fun place to try, I loved Tre atmosphere and we had a wonderful waitress. The food was a bit overpriced for what I would consider to spend $20 pp on but it is inside a famous casino so maybe that’s why. All in all I’d eat here again just would try something different next time maybe it was just what we ordered this first time.
