Hotshots is an excellent coffee spot in Durant. For those who actually want coffee and not just a cup of coconut milk and sugar syrup. They serve all good flavors and good quality coffee.It comes out a little strong for my personal taste, but a splash of heavy cream makes it perfect.The bakery case always has delectable treats.And the service borh inside and at the drive thru is always welcoming and friendly.
I love their coffee, I have tried other places in town and popular brands and hotshots is my favorite. The people are friendly, lots of selection, delicious coffee.

Probably the most unprofessional coffee shop I’ve been too. Don’t open a coffee shop if you have no sense of what customer service is or how to talk to other people. The owner was rude to her workers(who could be her kids idk..) and was rude to a few customers except a regular who came in and she made his coffee immediately and was only kind to him. I hope Mr. Hot Shots knows about him.The coffee wasn’t my favorite, but not everything is. If you as an owner didn’t try to correct YOUR customers like we are your children then you’d have a lot more loyal customers instead of being consistently mocked by the coffee community for the unprofessionalism.

They don't know how to make espresso here! Appeal to the owners - teach your baristas how to make espresso, because what they made for me looked like coffee to which they simply added hot water! terrible espresso, I'm disappointed!

It kind of disappoints me each time, which is a real bummer. This place is good for people who just like a really sweet coffee, and aren't in it for the flavor of the coffee. I order half sweet for that reason, but then the coffee itself is very tangy and/or weak. I think sometimes they let their shots burn, and other times, they run the espresso right over the ice, melting it and watering down the drink. The place isn't terrible, just disappointing.
