Rude and inconsistent. When I bought 2 cups from there I get looked at like I have 2 heads for wanting my drink in it and for it to be at least a little discounted considering the price of the cups but it wasn’t expressed to me very well that you don’t offer that, which I would have NEVER bought almost $70 worth of cups had I known that. All in all it was consistently a back to back issue each time I tried to give another chance and was disappointed each time besides the first couple visits. Unsure if I’ll return.

1st time I visited and was overwhelmed by the choices. Everything looked good so it was hard to make up my mind on what I wanted. I ended up getting an Americana Coffee and it was good but also got a Peach tea. Plan on going back to try more.

This is second visit to HTeaO. Both visits were great. A very large selection of drinks. If you don't find what you like, you probably don't need it. Great experience terrific associates.
