I actually really like this place, for someone who hates soda and has always been a more tea type of person this place is da bomb. Not to mention the huge variety and combination of drinks you can make. I love the way they make the tea, I've never really had a huge sweet tooth when it came to drinks but their drinks have like the perfect lightly sweetened taste. The best part, they offer pup cups!!! The staff here is so nice and super optimistic every time I order here.

I usually love this place. I used to not have a problem with getting sugar free substitutes and oatmilk in my coffee but now it seems like they are intentionally getting it wrong. I had my coffee remade 3 different times for it to be the exact same as the first time, still wrong, and them say they changed it when I dont believe they even gave me a different cup. Im severely disappointed in the customer service I get now. I've even tried showing them the exact thing I wanted written down for them to still type it in wrong while I stood there. On the rare occasion my order is correct the tag will say oatmilk and sugar free caramel on it, here they didnt even try to change anything

I discovered this place while traveling for work. I love tea and this place was heaven on earth for me. I also found my new favorite snack. Its so addicting. Spicy cheese balls. I love how to can taste test any tea you want. My favorites were the mint tea and coconut one as well. The shop is adorable. Also great quality RO water for refills on your gallon or 5 gallon jugs. Not only that but the price is amazing on water refill. I have found my new place. Happy hour was my favorite time to go. Buy one get one free. Fantastic deal.

I’ve only had one time that my tea wasn’t up to par. I love their regular sweet tea. I’m not a “flavored tea” person, but family members love the coconut and mango. Get the app and use your rewards for free tea! The cupcakes are pretty good also!

We love our HTeaO! We moved from West Texas and was disappointed there was no HTeaO here. But now, we have one in small town Durant! Can’t get enough of it! I told my family and friends and they love it also! Durant HTeaO is the Best!!!

The workers have always been polite and nice. They have an abundance of flavors to choose from. I always get the same thing with a little change if a flavor I like is gone. Normally the place is pretty clean, sometimes on the drain area if can be a little sticky if someone spilled something but overall its a good place for tea and hot chocolate.
Love stopping here for a quick drink especially when all I want is water. I trust that their water isn't straight from the tap & they have that good ice!
