I'm not sure what has happened, but it is like this place has gone downhill. When I showed up today it was not busy at all, but still had to wait awhile before we was seated. When we was seated, and ordered our food it was all okay. It wasn't until we got our food when I had the problem. The food was good but it was like 3 minutes after getting our food our waitress was rushing us out. I'm not for sure who she was or if it is the right person but our receipt had the name Makenzie on it.

Highly recommend the chicken fajitas omelet so good not too spicy (I'm a huge whimp when it comes to spice) I opted for the avocado on top and did not regret it very good.Pancakes were perfect light and fluffy and so tasty.

When I got there to pick up my online order I was greeted with rude service. Also their servers only gave us 1 thing of syrup. My order was for multiple people and it included French toast and pancakes. 1 small little container of syrup is outrageous. Bad

I was very disappointed this morning. I visit IHOP on occasion in Durant. My husband and I waited longer than usual to get our gluten-free pancakes. Unfortunately, we took a bite and the batter was soured. We actually swallowed it which is concerning. We spoke with our server and she took the pancakes back & confirmed that they were tainted. We then had to wait for new batter to be prepared which was another good part of our day. We know the manager was on site. The manager never spoke with us to apologize and we were charged full price for everything. I would’ve expected at least a discount if not a comp. I will say that our server was very attentive.

Food was tough and warm, but the service was outstanding. The bathrooms were kind of gross and price was a lot more expensive than I imagined. Waffle House for the continued win.
