Tonight we came to the pizza place at the casino and Donovan really made our night! We ordered a separate order from our friends and went to run somewhere. We got a phone call from our friends saying that our food was ready and that the guy said we had TWO MINUTES or he was throwing out pizza away…we are literally running through the casino to try and get to our food and we get up there and he goes “JUST KIDDING GUYS” and honestly it was just a really heart warming moment....
Had a reservation issue just two hours before our event, but they made up for it in a very professional manner. Service and food was excellent as well as the managers handling of the situation. Will definitely go back whenever we are at this venue.
Terrible waitress. Ordered 2 waters and a tea and a beer. Ordered appetizer same time. Appetizer came out and no drinks. Finally water came. Beer came and no tea. Never got the tea. She blamed it on the bar. Appetizer was done and still she had not taken our order. We watched others come in after us and some actually ate and left before she took our order. Food was great.
