Shout out to Trisha working the drive thru on the weekend! Always atleast a 20-30 min wait for food on fri/Sat but I dont mind if the service and workers are friendly and making an effort!

Almost every table needs to be wiped off, there's no ice in the machine or Co2 so my syrup doesn't taste that great. And then watching the owner/manager or whoever tell customers why her the the employee who just walked out was fired 🤦 not coming back

I always try to use the app since I know they can get very busy and can use all the extra prep time they can get. It's become my favorite night place to get food, especially when I have to pull a double and get put at 2/3am. Jasmine and Trisha made sure my food was perfect after a solid 18hr shift, couldn't be more happy with a visit, thank you over night crew!

I have to give Credit where credit is due. i've seen a big improvement in this place in the last 3 days.And I got stuck here.Not by choice.Have a hotel room and this was the closest place. I like to see improvement , so thank you guys

I'm a truck driver, so I had to pull over to the shoulder. Hit The Hazards, walk in and place my order. Not too many jack-in-the-boxes. I passed through last one I had was in Denver, Colorado. However, it seemed really good. Another juicy chicken sandwich club with some hot, curly fries. Okay, and some tacos just sounded really great. On this rainy day However, it took me almost 30 minutes. They were not even busy. The chicken sandwich came out delicious. Even though it's set under the heat lamp for 10 minutes. My tacos sat under the heat lamp for additional 10 minutes, and they still forgot my curly fries. They offered to downgrade me to regular fries. I said no, thank you. I'll wait another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, everybody, people were upset that I was blocking traffic but you just don't know how to drive b/c the shoulder has room but it was worth the wait, by the way of the cashier, she's a cutie

Could not hear the drive thru guy and he clearly could barely hear us. He didn't give us our second burger we ordered until after I told him it was missing then he immediately had it in a bag right there already, there was nobody else in line btw. Food was mediocre nothing exciting, eggrolls were decent, the tacos need to have the ingredients posted, my son is highly allergic to beans and my daughter said it tasted like there was beans in the tacos which is a common cheap meat filler mixed in with beef which we have found out the hard way in the past before, luckily he didn't try one before my daughter did. Was always wanting to try a Jack in the Box but we really aren't missing anything.

The restaurant maintains a 24-hour schedule. We arrived at approximately 1:30am and ordered two #1's sourdough jack cheese burgers, with one tailored to exclude tomato, served with curly fries and a coke. Disappointingly, the bread was hard around the edges and lacked proper toasting. Moreover, the burger contained no cheese, rendering it inedible. Given our prior arrival at the hotel, we elected not to revisit the establishment.
