My mom went to get one chicken wrap, one fajita wrap, and one order of curly fries for us. She ended up seeing she got regular and not curly while in the drive thru, she politely waited five minutes while the girl was just standing there right in the window, even looked at her and still ignored her. finally she got to tell her (nicely) that it was supposed to be curly fries, she got the bag snatched from her and pushed back at her without the girl saying a word. my mom said thank you and the girl continued not to say a word back. i tried to call but it did not work. whoever that girl is needs to get a grip and realize she chose this job.

Last time I went there I waited forever in line at the drive through so I thought I would give it another chance and this time I sat in the drive through an hour before I could even get to the speaker to get my order taken I this point I’m done with jack in the box you just need to throw the whole night crew in the trash

I have always loved their tacos so I went by there and picked up two monster tacos. These were the most disgusting things I've ever had from Jack in The box. They were old they were greasy and they were soggy and disgusting. I have never gotten something so disgusting from Jack in The box in my life I am so disappointed in this store.

This location is incredibly understaffed. The one guy working the counter and the drive-thru was busting his butt. One person there, a lady, I don't know if she was the manager or what but she was just yapping on her phone in the corner and not seeming very interested in helping out. We ordered some food and they forgot something in our order and when we went back to get it this lady was very rude. I believe because of them being understaffed, they just threw together everything pretty sloppily. We've been here before and it's been pretty good. I know we could go to a different place but we do like Jack in the box. Someone has got to get some more help in there for them. That guy should not have to be running around like that trying to take care of everything. And the self checkout kiosk? That is a huge joke. I don't know how anyone can think that is going to be helpful in any way.
