The worst restaurant in Durant. They will absolutely refuse to cook any chicken within an hour of closing time. Customer service is horrible. Management in this store needs to be replaced asap! Will not be back.

They never get my order right. I ordered 3 piece meal w/ mash potatoes. I got 2 pieces chicken stripe and nasty mac n chese. When I brought to their attention they didn't believe ne and was rude. They said I find it strange it was wrong. Don't eat here. I gave them chance after chance. 3 times that is. Nasty

Went and got a bucket of chicken , potatoes and gravy , macaroni and chicken nuggets . All was good however the nuggets were too tough and seemed over cooked . The staff at the window was very kind and professional. Everything was fine except the nuggets .

I ordered a family meal. 10 piece bucket trying to feed 4 grown people. I got 1 breast, 1 thigh, 4 legs and 4 wings. Then they had no biscuits ready. If you are feeding your family, don't stop here.

By far worst restaurant experience! Terrible customer service!! Food not edible! Employees and management have hostile behavior/attitude towards customers. Complete disregard of customers needs.
I witnessed management threaten to remove a young girl waiting on a DoorDash order for standing at the opposite end of the counter asking for the order. The poor girl was terrified! There were 3 or 4 bigger women (employees stating that they were management) threatening her across the counter that if she didn’t leave the restaurant that they would remove her themselves. The girl was young, and very small. I walked her out to her vehicle to make sure none of the employees or managers did anything to her. I prayed with her and told her that not all people are like that there’s still us good people in the world.

Hadn't ordered KFC in years, went thru the drive thru around 5:15 pm on a Monday, employee was very nice however the chicken was not fresh & quite dry. Pretty disappointed. Cole slaw, biscuits were good.

Out of State trying to get a family meal all white meat which is up charged and manager refused to make fresh chicken to fill the paying customers order… absolutely insane. This owner should fire her and hire all new staff. Bathrooms were disgusting.. Windows and doors weren’t even wiped down. I thought the building was vacant. Much to improve on if you want be a successful business owner. Also starts with the culture of your staff if they don’t want to work, don’t employ them.
