This review is driven by ONE THING I witnessed while waiting almost 25 minutes on a Saturday to order a meal. I had time to people watch. I was observing a young man bust his butt off taking care of the dining area/lobby!!! I watched parties of 10 (with kids) get up from the table and leave a mess that a tornado looked to have left. Without a sour look, without hesitation, without complaint…that young man worked like he owned the place and took pride in it. Most people making hourly wages work like, “ Don’t rush me I get paid by the hour!” Not him! He was practically running, cleaning, wiping, moving chairs into place, sweeping up. He has an excellent work ethic for his age. He needs to be in management or a position more suited for him. Maybe behind the counter assisting guests. I had enough time to ask him his name so I could leave this review. I challenge you to check the cameras around 1:00 a.m. Sunday before Memorial Day so you can get an understanding about what I’m talking about. His name is Reagan. Reagan needs to be recognized. He deserves this five star review. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As for my meal, it was good, I was happy and took it to go. Red beans and rice were my favorite!

The chicken is terrible!! First of all the chicken is over cooked the skin on the chicken is soggy no flavor to the chicken and the mash potatoes is fake with no taste and the rolls were raw in the center!!! I don't recommend this place,so don't waste your money!!!

Went here with my niece on Friday August 23rd and will never go here again the service when ordering our food was great the lady was nice and polite , we stood off to the side waiting for our order and saw several people that ordered after we did getting their orders before us we ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food the lady giving people there orders didn’t even bother to ask either of us if we even received our order it took my niece asking the lady where our order was because we’d been waiting so long come to find out they Lost our order ticket and never said anything to either of us and just let us keep waiting there , food was not worth what we paid the biscuit that came with my 3 piece chicken tender box was very dry and the chicken was ok but not great could have used some more seasoning and the Mac& cheese was good my niece ordered a Plain chicken sandwich with nothing on it she goes to open it up there is pickles on it and I under stand you can literally just pick them off but the inside of the bun was soaked in pickle juice and she couldn’t finish it there was another lady who was waiting even longer than we did for her food and they lost her Order ticket as well and didn’t tell her until the 3rd time she walked up there. Lastly there was Flies everywhere they were on the walls of the place and flying around the food which in my opinion is gross .

Not exactly k…crunchy, but a decent crust and enough Cajun seasoning to add a touch of “Bammm!” To the pieces. I liked the Jambalaya, for a fast food variety. Would like it as little more juicy. Honey Biscuits are in demand and slowing the line due to bake time. Need to fix that and increase $throughout$ by 30%. Tenders are seriously full sized and juicy. Nice late nite snack at the casino.

I was there on a late night so my experience was pretty good. The chicken ? was tasty, the okra was ok The beans and rice were Outstanding?!! 2 servings would be a must! if I returned. This is a no frills dining establishment inside a casino, take that as you may. I would not wait more than 15 min as there are better options in the area.

Outstanding food if you can hit it right. Long lines when big supply but it goes fast. Not worth waiting if they’re out and cooking it. Must have to go catch the chickens ? in the back yard. But get there when the supply is large and you will dream about this food after you eat it. Some of the best fried chicken ever. Don’t get any sides … not good.

Do not eat here. At 11pm, I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich ordered from the kiosk before I checked status. The first time I asked about status of my order, after 3 people who ordered after me got their food, I was told “if it’s tenders, it might be slow”. The second time I inquired, it was the sandwich that was slow. When I asked for food or my money back, they gave me someone else’s order.
