We were very happy with the assistant manager. Ariel greeted us with a smile. Our order was pretty good size so we had to wait, while waiting, my wife decided to purchase an order of wings to enjoy while we wait and Ariel was nice enough to offer us the wings for our wait! A1 customer service from Ariel for acknowledging our wait time in the quick manner that she did!

Sure little slow at times. Sometimes order is wrong. Sure none of you ever f up at your job either. It's budget food. They have always taken care of a messed up order. Cheap and good win win

Worst service in Durant by far. Hate to be harsh but even when slow it seems you should expect super long wait times. Staff seems like they can care less about the customer but it does seem like they’re understaffed and inefficient. Needs a major overhaul

Door dashing here is abysmal, wait times exceeding 30mins at times. Telling incoming customers that the wait time is 3 hours is absurd lack of time management

Was told 10 or 15 minutes to wait for a pizza. 30 minutes later it's no where near out of the oven. 4 or 5 people on the clock, only 2 of them working. Ridiculous.

Yeah, it's little Caesars, but y'all should still train your staff like you care. Greet your guests, instead of them standing there like they don't know what they're doing. Also train them not to put their hands in their mouths while using their POS monitors. Unsanitary. Every time there's something here, whether it be understaffed, staff that doesn't know what's going on and orders taking way longer than what your told.
