They raised prices and shrank portions to laughable size, I got a 2 piece fish and it looks like a couple of fish sticks….. and if your going to charge $12 for 2 guppie filets at least make the fillets taste like they hadn’t sat under a heat lamp for 5 hours!

My husband and I love Long John Silvers. The last few times we have gone though, the chicken has gotten a lot smaller. I'm not sure what happened but they need to get the other chicken back. We love going there, but don't see the point paying the high prices for small pieces of chicken.

So we had not been to Long John Silvers in some time. So tonight I was wanting some frys and clams. But to my dismay I got soggy waffle cut frys! I don't understand why a "fast food" place would go to a fry that takes longer to cook to be crispy! Thus I got soggy frys! So if they keep these sub-par frys then I will only be back for the clams! Let's hope they don't TRY to improve them!

The service was fine friendly and fast but the food hasn't been anything like it used to be have not been happy with them for a while we keep going back thinking it will be as good as it once was the fish was undercooked a little slimy on inside the chicken was mostly breading the shrimp had no flavoring they've let their quality of food go ..it's a shame to spend that much money on a platter and throw half of it away

I placed an app order, and when I went to pick it up, there were no employees at the store. All the lights were on inside, but no one answered the drive thru speaker, and no one was at the window. There were customers inside, but no employees. The corporation owes me a refund.

I was on a road trip when I came across this Long John Silvers! I didn't even realize there was still such an establishment anywhere. And for as long as I can remember, LJS has been the exact same. I got the fish and more and it was the same as I remembered. That coleslaw is still the best! Yeah, but if the girl at the drive thru was a little less I-hate-my-job, the experience would have been much more enjoyable.

I am an assistant manager at a local fast food place so I know the importance of feedback! I would like to thank y’all for being friendly fast and having wonderful food. My hush puppies were extra fresh today and I loved every last one! I come frequently and it is usually good but today was so good.
