Kaitlynn’s customer service and ability to upsell is phenomenal. The fact she’s never tried the country fried brisket is forgivable.
I mean, she’s been working at the place for THREE YEARS and hasn’t been brave enough to enjoy a quality piece of fried barbecue? The horror!
Anyway, she was awesome, the food was great, and the experience was top-notch. Well done.

The service was spectacular. Waitress was very attentive and was constantly checking on us and helping us. Only reason for 4 stars on the food was that they were out of ribs when we got there. Which is understandable on a sunday eve. Otherwise food was amazing. Would definitely go back!

Went here while on a work trip. I had the three meat plate. It all had very food flavor. Brisket was not as tender as I would have hoped it would be. The chicken was my favorite protein that I ordered. Sides were delicious. Service was amazing.

Outstanding barbecue, very delicious. The okra was just like my mother used to make. The beans were good, the tea was very tasty. If I were near Durant I would definitely stop here and eat. My hostess was very cordial and helpful in my decision.
I ordered smoked sausage and “marbled chopped brisket” The sausage was great, I believe the brisket was roast, not brisket. At least that is what it tasted like. I tossed the “brisket” out and enjoyed the sausage.

They were out of 4 of the meats on a Friday night (ham, ribs, chicken, turkey). That's a little crazy to me. The brisket was a little dry with no fat. Sausage was decent. Potato salad, okra, and sweet tea were really good....so a BBQ place with ok meat and really good sides.
