We ordered delivery so I haven't been to the location yet but the service over the phone was excellent 👌. The woman who took the order was very patient. The food arrived about an hour later and I must say I'm impressed. The only real complaint is the driver did not actually deliver the food to the door. It was delivered to the neighbor downstairs. Thankfully he was an honest man and brought it up.

Marcos Pizza is very underrated, they have high quality pizzas compared to other chains. I recommend to try at least once. Only location in East Texas is Tyler.

The guy who took our order over the phone was absolutely rude. He gave 1 one word responses and acted like he couldn't wait to get us off the phone. The pizza was not good. There was no sauce. It was like cardboard with cheese. The only good thing was the delivery driver was super nice. I will not order here again

I have not only worked for Marco before but I only order my pizza thru them and had honestly the worst service last night about 8:20pm from the night crew and personally told them I'll be speaking with management. Which I did I called back today and spoke directly to Mathew about my issue and let me just say that is how a manager responds and fixes the problem. Thank you Mathew for holding your store high

We go here pretty frequently because it's the only pizza my picky eater youngest will eat, and the rest of us enjoy it too. The staff is always very friendly and the good is always great. IMO, it's the best pizza company, certainly in this region.
