What a fun place. Went there to purchase several dozen doughnuts for gifts to customers. Very colorfully decorated treats as well as delicious options. The staff were busy but seemed to be well adjusted to the pace. They were friendly and went above and beyond and bagged items for me without being prompted. Even though they were busy they would have easily carried the items to my vehicle.
Parking: This location was In a very busy shopping center. I got lucky to find parking in front of the establishment but you might not be so lucky as most of the stores seem to have foot traffic.

We have been coming here regularly but the past few visits have been disappointing. They are advertising their new sandwich menu, but it's almost impossible to order them. The employees don't know how to make them, apparently only the owner does. If you are going to offer new items, you should teach all of your employees how to make them. We attempted to order them two different days with no luck.
Also, do NOT buy the milk here! My daughter has gotten sick twice from drinking their milk. The first time she got sick, I thought it was because she over ate, but the second time she got sick, it was almost immediately after she drank the milk. They must not be refrigerating the milk correctly, making it spoiled.
It's very sad because we love the donuts here, but after the past few bad visits, we are probably going to take our business elsewhere.

Best side quest EVER!! I'm really glad we found this place kinda off the map and by happy accident. Worth the detour. Wish I'd taken pictures. Apple fritter and kolaches to die for!

they didnt get all my order left out some the donuts and someone else got 3 boxes of all the best donuts they wasnt making any more 630 in mornin really wanted one them special donuts but wasnt anything really special i will try again and if i get better exp i will give a nother review sincerely donut consumer

First of all, I love small 'Mom & Pop' donut places, they typically are always top notch. Unfortunately, I cannot say that about this one. Shady pricing. I asked for a dozen donuts, and rather than ringing me up for the dozen, they rang me up for each one individually. They have prices on 2 pieces of paper, on each side of the display case, and it feels like it's written in a foreign language as it doesn't describe to a new person what anything costs. The only thing I was able to determine the prices on (in regards to donuts only), was what a dozen and half dozen box costs. A reputable place would have advised that their box of a dozen donuts only includes the round ones, and someone should have said something to me once I pointed out asking to add a bar or twist to the box of a dozen that the donut doesn't qualify for the $13/doz price. I would have made my choices accordingly if someone would have had the customer service skills to let customers know this. I wasn't even offered a receipt. After saying something about the price, all I was told was 'Sorry'. Unless you're a regular and know exactly what everything costs off the top of your head, I don't recommend this place, go elsewhere, where they have decent communication and far better customer service. Donuts themselves are not extraordinary in any way. I've had worse, and I've had better, and I'm not referring to any national donut chains.

Meh…I went in based on a photo on their website of what looked like strawberry shortcake on a donut. The picture showed a fresh strawberry on top. What was actually available at the time that I went in was very average for a donut shop. I’m used to going to places like hurts donuts so I just expected what was shown on the website. Service was good. Staff was friendly. The place is clean. It just wasn’t anything special.
