We ordered the Ultimate Box deal and we couldn't get help w our coupon...we ordered a thin crust supreme pizza and it didn't have all the toppings!! We ordered pan tossed Canadian bacon and it had pineapples on it... The pasta and bread sticks seemed to be correct. If you pay $40 for an ultimate box you want exactly what you order.

unbelievable. A day I wanted to bring my wife for dinner and we saw a server named Miss Mikayla. Miss Mikayla gave us dirty old plates (cheese and ranch encrusted) I think this is nasty and horrible treatment for the customers 🤮 I asked an another worker for her name and they were hesitant at first, do better Pizza Hut.

For a buffet it was awful..I'm surprised this was PUZZA HUT..the pizzas were cold unless they were just brought out .the cheese was like plastic...the pasta dish was bland..the broccoli smelled..having to search for the toppings on the salad bar was a strain..this trash was overly priced..and the only thing good was the tea! Do not eat here .
The only reason they are getting one star is because there's not a selection for 0 stars come in sit down for buffet got 1 plate and they come around and said buffet closes in 5 minutes

My husband and I went to eat there and got the buffet. I would give a zero if I could, because the service was awful, no one ever came to our table and asked if we needed any refills on water or if they needed to add anything to the buffet. I had to end up giving my husband the rest of my water due to him having throat problems and was having a difficult time swallowing his food. The salad bar is the worst. Will never eat here again. This place needs to be closed. The price we paid was too much for the level of service.

Thanks Cody, as many years as I been a trucker I've never ran out of food before. I had a trailer that broke down and I couldn't drop it to get me anything to eat. I also realized that I couldn't use any of the delivery app to bring food to me unless I'm at an address. Cody use my pin drop and brought me my food. I wish there were more people in the world like Cody thanks again.
