Had 3 buffet and they only pulled out 2 pizzas for 12 people to eat the buffet was ignored and paid to only get 2 pieces of pizza each. Took 15 or so minutes to get our drinks.

Restaurant was dirty. Pizza buffet including salad bar was empty. No napkins, plates, or silverware. Penny pasta dish was ice cold wit melted cheese on top. Staff was rude, uncaring, and slow to fix glaring food quality and safety issues. Selection of pizzas on buffet included many with pineapple and chicken Alfredo. Crowd favorites like pepperoni or sausage were absent.

Possibly the worst lunch buffet. The salad bar hardly had any options and was missing 2/3 of what a salad bar should be! Hardly anyone was in there yet hardly any pizza was put out. No dessert was put out the entire time. We had to go up to the counter and get our refills. Not worth the money!

Took an hour and a half to get my pizza delivered to me and when I got it, it was cold and tasted old.
My husband told one of the employees (Avaria) that I had a pineapple allergy. She went above and beyond to make sure there was no cross contamination. He didn't even tell her to get any special treatment. She was at the buffet when we got there and was telling us there was more pizza on the way. He mentioned the allery just because we were looking at all the pizza making sure I could get one that wasn't beside pineapple. She had a new pizza made, gave me my own spatula, and walked out four slices on a plate just to make sure there was no cross contamination. She even had the person cooking it use all new pans. I try not to be a pain about the allery. It won't kill me it just leaves my mouth and lips in a lot of pain. But she made the experience the best she could and didn't seem put out at all. She was nice and professional the whole time.
Thank you Avaria! Definitely will spread how awesome Durant Pizza Hut is and will come back!

The buffet is a rip off my kid ate one slice of cheese pizza and got charged 10 dollars and the pizza had been sitting under a lamp and was hard 43 dollars what a waste should have ordered a pizza Fresh and took it home would’ve been cheaper.
