First visit to Choctaw Durant, and I looked forward to getting a Smashburger. Well -- what a disappointment. First, they were not busy, so that's no excuse. The burger was good enough -- though the meat was tiny. The Smash-tots were lovely, but cold, like stone cold. The salt and pepper shakers were so greasy, I doubt they ever get cleaned and I felt like I needed a bath after touching them. The only bright light was the uber-friendly boy cashier, hawaiian shirt.

To start the visit the girl at the counter didn't care to be at work that day. It was a bother for her to take my order but she did. We had ordered two meals and my daughter just wanted tots. Thats how it was ordered and we had two meals one w tots and one w fries and a big tray of fries. I told the guy and he said they just switched it. It clearly wasn't with the amount of fries to tots. No biggie. The food was nothing great just a basic smash burger. The lobby was clean so that was a plus.

payed extra for none of my bacon or extra cheese on my mushroom swiss burger, not even the swiss cheese is comes with?? also don’t think they added my extra mushroom, but that is somewhat subjective ig. was too hungry to dissect it in the beginning for proof, but you can see there’s no cheese or bacon.

Arrived and placed order 3 meals at 10:18 p.m., 2 of them arrived at the table around 10:26 p.m.currently still waiting on my meal and time is 10:51 p.m., the other guests have already finished their meals and I'm still waiting on mine, not a good experience for our first visit. ( Update never received food asked for money back at 11:09 p.m. and received full refund small redemption upon staff. Maybe better luck at another location. )

I love eating here when I come to Choctaw—the burgers are always fresh, hot, and flavorful. I typically dine-in and they’ve always been good about remembering the sauces we paid for. We placed a bigger to-go order this time, around $60 worth of food and we even tipped them. We were disappointed that they didn’t put ANY of the 4 sauces we paid extra for in there. They also forgot to give us our milkshake. It wasn’t as busy on a Monday late afternoon either. To charge extra for sauce is fine, but they should definitely be checking to make sure it’s in there. Also, about a week ago I dined in on a Sunday evening and the line was super long, and they only had one of the cash registers open taking orders which made the wait about 25 minutes just to order. Please consider having two registers open when it’s super busy.

Burgers are good, fast and easy. Service is ok. Definitely go here instead of the extremely overpriced Butterfields Buffet.

Service is great!! Ordered tots, they were super crispy but came with rosemary salt (yuck), I ate some anyway. Before we left, i went to the counter to ask if they could be made without the rosemary. The lady at the counter even offered to make me some new ones without rosemary. I know what I'm ordering next time!!!
