Service is great!! Ordered tots, they were super crispy but came with rosemary salt (yuck), I ate some anyway. Before we left, i went to the counter to ask if they could be made without the rosemary. The lady at the counter even offered to make me some new ones without rosemary. I know what I'm ordering next time!!!

The service is exemplary, despite the crowds on the weekends. I want to take a pause and recognize Justus who always goes above and beyond. The guy was so polite and ensured that you are well taken care of. He is a very empathetic professional. I am a vegetarian. He took extra care to ensure that I am served right. I am seriously amazed at his hard work. I also would recognize Spencer who is a very polite and professional associate . He makes some very tasty burgers.Smash burger is a great place to eat not just because of tasty burgers but also because of such very good employees who provide top notch customer service.
