Just had my first meal at Smashburger, and wow, I’m hooked! The burgers were insanely good—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I seriously wish they had locations in the Fort Worth area because I’d be a regular for sure. The whole experience was fantastic, from the tasty food to the cool vibe. I absolutely love this place and can’t wait for my next visit!

Long line as usual. Dirty tables as usual. Cashier couldn't figure out how to add a fried egg. Instead charged for large fries then said he'd "write" it in. Over 20 minutes later cold fries showed up with a burger...no egg of course. Let food runner know and he did go back and get an egg in a to go container.

2024- finally visited again. The food was good, but the fries were extremely oily and the flies around the restaurant were INSANE. There were way too many!!
2022- Ridiculously long wait time. All I ordered were fries. Took over 28 minutes just to get those!!

I want the onion straws back !!!!! Everything else is excellent. The onion straws are the absolute best thin on the menu!!! (Why do they call them straws???) I just saw a bad review. Came back to make sure Smashburger staff at Chocktaw Casino, Durant OK don’t get painted with the same brush!❤️. Ok. I’m really nice. Please bring back Onion Straws. ?

This is my 2nd time there and same issues happened again. They charge me extra for my sandwhich and not telling me that they will charge me for veggie patty when it should be included in the menu pricing when ordering veggie burger. They are always short staff and lines are longer like 1 person at a register. They messed up my order and when asked to fixed instead of giving new sandwiches they gave lettuce , tomato, onion and pickles on a cup which was unprofessional. They work there and its their job to make it right. It was way too much oil on fries as well. They over charge plus mess up my order.
The staff has attitude problems who works at register and the people who bring out the food especially short young lady she had a nasty attitude and staff was i knowledgeable when asked questions on the menu. I will not be back for sure any more. If was rip off on money with worst customer service

There was 3 people in line. Ordered my food. Classic single patty NO onions and tots. While waiting I'm witnessing wrong orders going back to the kitchen. After Waiting 27 minutes for my order. Just to sit down to my burger having no tomatoes and no lettuce WITH onions. Tots were cold and greasy. After eating 2 tots returned the entire order.
Horrible serives i placed my order and waited a while 30mins before i decided to go ask for ot. And they couldnt find my order in the computer.

It is truly astounding how slow this place is. Don't let a short line fool you. I just wanted some sweet potato fries and it was 30+ minutes and these prices are ridiculous. They just gouge bc they know people will pay it here at Choctaw. That's the name of the game now I guess. Terrible experience overall

Food is about where I would be at a Culver’s, it’s much better than a bag food place. Single with bacon and tots and a large drink was 18$. It is in the heart of the casino on the backside of the main pillar so the machines were still loud as well as the music

Make sure to check on your order if you have been waiting a while. The 2 times I’ve been here both times the pager didn’t work. 1st time I waited 45 minutes for my order 2nd time I waited 9 minutes after my order was done and getting cold. Manager is less than helpful but did refund me. But food of course was cold. Yay for a cold burger and fries and an attitude from manager.

Use to be really good & great management, butttttt. The last 2 times I have eaten there my burger has not been right and the fries or tater tots are cold. Same thing happened to the people sitting at the next table. Their fries were cold and they ask the manager for "fresh hot fries please"! Her response was "I will see what is back there". This was at 730P.M. Thursday nite 2/22/24 - so hot food should not have been a problem. I kept my receipt from my last visit. It even shows what was ordered and it definitely did not match the burger they brought out! When you order a plane and dry burger, any other restaurant knows that would be meat and bun only. Mine was covered in cheese - even enough cheese for 2 burgers. That's not something easy to remove. And time did not permit me to wait on another burger to be made. Because even though they weren't busy, they were majorly slow & disorganized. Maybe there's just not enough training going on in this location. Or they just don't care anymore. It's to bad - because normally they were really good!
