Make sure to check on your order if you have been waiting a while. The 2 times I’ve been here both times the pager didn’t work. 1st time I waited 45 minutes for my order 2nd time I waited 9 minutes after my order was done and getting cold. Manager is less than helpful but did refund me. But food of course was cold. Yay for a cold burger and fries and an attitude from manager.

Use to be really good & great management, butttttt. The last 2 times I have eaten there my burger has not been right and the fries or tater tots are cold. Same thing happened to the people sitting at the next table. Their fries were cold and they ask the manager for "fresh hot fries please"! Her response was "I will see what is back there". This was at 730P.M. Thursday nite 2/22/24 - so hot food should not have been a problem. I kept my receipt from my last visit. It even shows what was ordered and it definitely did not match the burger they brought out! When you order a plane and dry burger, any other restaurant knows that would be meat and bun only. Mine was covered in cheese - even enough cheese for 2 burgers. That's not something easy to remove. And time did not permit me to wait on another burger to be made. Because even though they weren't busy, they were majorly slow & disorganized. Maybe there's just not enough training going on in this location. Or they just don't care anymore. It's to bad - because normally they were really good!

Went to grab a quick bite before the Clint Black concert and was sure glad we stopped here. My burger was cooked to perfection! My brother-in- law ordered Cobb salad. It had a couple of twists to the normal Cobb salad but it was excellent!

About 10:30P.M. I stopped by to get a barbecue cheeseburger and they told me they're not selling that item anymore.So I asked for a Cheeseburger and barbecue on the side and the cook helped out by applying barbecue sauce on my cheeseburger ??My problem was that when I asked for an Oreo shake that cashier replied "No shakes right now ", which was the first time for me coming here in over 3 years.Then I could see one Oreo shake sitting on the counter next to the shake maker. So I took a picture and while eating my meal, I blatantly see the associate drinking her Oreo shake. Which made me feel left out of the whole situation. So Customers can't have shakes but employees can? I pay for the shake... ? Sheeesh
They over charge you! A salad is supposed to be $9.99 per their big printed menu and they charged $12.49 plus an additional $2.50 for a piece of chicken then proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do! Really, you should honor your price and refund the money!!!
