I come here all the time but i went today and the lady didn’t set the snow cones in a holder right so when i took them they just spilled everywhere and when i mentioned they weren’t set right she just said “oh really?” I ordered 5 cones for my coworkers and i don’t think i’ll be coming back anytime

Workers are incredibly mean, don't know how to treat a customer. Someone in front of us said they didn't get what they wanted and the worker said "too bad" instead of having immature teenagers working here maybe get respectful adults. We were in line for about 25 minutes and the cashier brought her friend and they have been talking for a while not making what anyone ordered

Went there today and the bottom half of my snow one was straight ice, no syrup at all. Places I usually go give you so much syrup you can drink it, but not this place. I got the medium and half of my snow one was all white ice and for that reason I won’t be back.

They take cards here! Snow cones are the same as JJ's. There is no mini size like at JJ's.
Need to update their times, because we sat there for 30 minutes and it does NOT open at noon. Disappointed our kid that has been waiting weeks for them to be open when he is in town.
