I ordered a chocolate banana shake and all I got was a messed up chocolate shake like really my husband was upset bc he didn't get what I ordered i tried with y'all after the last experience I had was with a girl who got rude with my husband when he asked a questioned about the food so we asked for the manager n what did she do was get rude with my husband so what did I say I don't want the food now i was there for over a 1hr waiting get y'all's shit together n please hirer a manager that gives a shit about the customer this is the one on 1st street I love the one on main Street bc they actually care

I have tried this location several times, same lack of costumer service and caring, have to beg for a straw, worse had to keep asking for change, paid with cash because their kiosk isn't working to pay with card. Employees are rude and food is cold by the time you finally receive it. There's trash blowing around everywhere. You would think they are open for a hobby, not for commerce

Once again I ordered a hamburger It had tiny pieces of bacon on it for the 3rd time also it started on main Street today the manager charged me $2 for more picked apart bacon they say Sonic told them to cut bacon into tiny pieces So today they charged me $2 for extra bacon ridiculous!! The daytime crew is great but the nightshift acts like they don't wanna be there,, you can totally tell the annoyance from the order taking to the handing out, they act like they're not happy to be there. It's sad honestly. Great food tho!!

We ordered and paid for two drinks in the app and sat and waited for over 30 minutes!!! We asked the times and presented the receipt. Finally, someone just went in and fixed the drinks for us. They said that our order just wasn't showing up in their system. We watched countless people come and go with their orders. Not cool, Sonic!!!
I’d rather they just not put any bacon on at all. Now I know they just threw some old crumbs on it so they wouldn’t have to cook any more.

The guy that was on the mic was short, dismissive and over all kind of rude. Then he basically threw the condiments at me in my car. “because they weren’t in the bag even though they’re listed on the receipt.” Anyway hopefully this is only my experience.
