The food was good, but the service sucked. The guy running the counter just stares at you and doesn't say anything until you ask him if he is taking orders. When he did speak, he mumbled so much you couldn't understand him. Maybe it will be better next time I try.

Just placed an order, walked all the way to the Spa Tower before realizing that my order was incorrect. I ordered a 3pc tender combo & a 5pc combo mild yet I received 2 orders of pain 3pc combos. There was a lady in all black I'm assuming to be the manager and she was distracting the cooks showing things on her cell phone. So instead of ensuring my order was right they were occupied looking at a phone 😑🙄. The chicken is tiny and overpriced but the guy Jared at the register had great service. Lastly there is not a phone number so I have to walk to the other side of the casino to tell them they messed up my order and then wait another 15mins instead of being able to call & have it ready!

Ordered 3 orders of tenders and also tipped additional, asked for a ranch as a complimentary due to the fact the ratio of tenders to ranch is 3 to 1 and I ordered a 5 tender dinner, would assume that you would or should get at least a 5 oz instead of the 2 oz! Courtesy goes a long way especially after receiving a nice tip amount🤬
