This location has the potential to be great however, the people that work this location and I’ve seen multiple crews have no customer service abilities. There’s generally one woman that is trying to greet and take orders for everything but no one else seems to know how to speak this location it’s very frustrating when you walk in and the only person I see is her and you have to wait two or three minutes when there’s other people standing around conversation with one another, but not greeting customers and or taking orders, I would highly encourage corporate to get more involved with what customer service looks like the standard what is. Starbucks is between Dallas, Texas and Durrant Oklahoma. This by far is the worst one as far as Customer Service and this is not the first time it has happened. It’s been multiple times this time I decided to walk out without being greeted and go to another coffee shop.

Only a one star for this location . Spent over $11 on a drink. Frappucino. Was like milk texture when I got it. This should be more of a blended icy beverage. Baristas need more training. It was pouring out of the sides having to be cleaned up. Extra whip cream was not extra. Caramel lined cup doesn’t mean drizzle on the side. 3 shots of espresso? Unsure if they are in there. Couldn’t taste it. They need to train in Ardmore or Purcell. Those two locations got it down!

I’m sad because every single time I come here for a drink it’s horribly messed up :( It is what I ordered, but they seem to not have consistency when making drinks. My pink drink was basically white in color today & very watered down, plus it had no strawberries in it lol. I also ordered a frap last time it tasted burnt and they some how forgot to add whatever sweetener/syrup to it so it was just bad. Hate wasting money this way.

EVERY TABLE IS DIRTY. Got food poisoning from their rotting food. This is by far the worst Starbucks/establishment I’ve ever been to. I’ve come back multiple times trying to give it another change. Took 20 minutes to get out my drink even though I was the only one inside. Had multiple employees using their phones. Dining area was dirty enough that it changed the floor and table colors. Employees are rude and snooty. Unless you want to have a horrible experience, don’t go here.

pulled up at 1521, were leaving by 1544; 20 min wait in drive thru is unacceptable--esp when the line wasn't even close to as full as it has been/could have been, & we were next up to order upon arrival (car ahead of us was just finishing theirs...) ...they were nice & all, order was correct, (ought to have been for the amount of time...well, minus a slight miscommunication, but nbd & was resolved just fine, & rest was hot & accurate) it just took way too long... (& im an experienced patron whos from seattle--been a regular my whole life, so i know what the expectations should be) ...made us late to work (if drive thru time would have been what its supposed to then we would have had plenty & been early even, we weren't even far...& tbh even my last time inside the store felt a bit longer than it should have been that time too & i only ordered 1 drink, so im starting to wonder if this is a consistent issue here...)

My drink was good but the service sucked. After I ordered and paid for my drink they served everyone in line who was behind me before they even started making my drink. Probably won't be back.
The people here work so hard and are SO nice! It's a busy, fun atmosphere and I love stopping in for my favorite drink.

Starbucks inside the Skytower @ Choctaw Durant casino. I would like to say I enjoyed Starbucks during my stay. However, despite checking the hours & learning they closed at 9:pm, and arriving at 8:15pm, I wasn't able to. Too bad since I also had promised my grandson he could have a treat there. There were two employees that refused to look at me or a acknowledge me. Everything had already been removed from the display cases and they were putting away other items on the counter. I said, "oh, I guess you're closed"? No response. Wow ?
