I pulled in to the drive-through As I was traveling from Texas and got no response, so pulled forward to the window and they wouldn’t take my order there because I hadn’t given my order at the drive-through speaker So was told I had to get back in line and go back through The drive-through so I drove away. . Not good service I don’t plan to go back to another Starbucks if this is how they treat their customers.

Waited in the drive through line for over 50 minutes! 50 MINUTES! the car in front of me literally had their grandparents come meet them in the drive through line where they stood outside of their cars and chatted and catched up like it was a full family reunion in the drive through line! just wild!! the line wasn’t even THAT long. it was maybe a total of 6-7 cars in front of me. are y’all understaffed or what is the deal???? coffee and food was fine but dang I will never come back to this location after an almost HOUR wait. (wrote this out WHILE in the drive through line btw)

They’re pretty good but honestly one of the slowest Starbucks I’ve been. Consistently slow, if you’re in a hurry, the concept doesn’t apply for this particular one.

Poor well over 3 to 4 weeks. The drive-through line has been 30 minutes just to get a drink. Sometimes waiting 15 minutes just to order while only one or two cars sit at window.

The line is always so long so I thought I’d try to do a mobile order. It said it was supposed to be done at 10:44. Period it was even done until 11. I get that there’s a lot of orders and they’re busy, but I got mine after so many people that had come in and gone. By the time that I even got everything, my whipped cream on one was completely dissolved. Not to mention the coffee that I got for my brother was not even filled all the way. What is up with that?

My white chocolate mocha always takes 30 minutes no matter if I order ahead or at the speaker. Upon receiving my drink and food time the croissant is lukewarm at best and the white mocha tastes watered down every time. Please for the love of god change the coffee beans out No one wants hot chocolate. On the plus side, the staff is super nice which makes it that much harder to tell them to do a better job

Durant Starbucks is amazing! I have been to so many different locations, but Milan and Jacob make this place so hospitable. They go out of their way to make people feel welcome and always have smiles on their faces. They deserve a shoutout for their hard work and commitment. I look forward to getting my daily coffee at this location!

Randi needs to find a new job. One item I ordered was ready 13 minutes ago. Still waiting on the second. My son asked about it and she said they were working on it and then told him to go sit down. Minutes went by so I went in to check on it. Only to find out someone else must have walked off with it. Randi then decided to attack me verbally and tell me how hard her job was when all I did was ask about the missing coffee. I don’t expect this when trying to get a coffee. Girl needs to chill. Take some lessons from girl with pink hair. She’s great!!!!
