The staff had no sense of urgency with a drive through line a mile long. My order was not correct. To top it off people in the drive through were yelling and honking their horns and they started going even slower. I love Starbucks but won’t return to this location. It’s horrible!

I go to Starbucks almost every day and now I don’t think I will be back here after this. I wanted a venti iced water because their water is better than other places .. they said they cant give me just water and I needed to buy something else but i didn’t want to get anything else so i offered to purchase the water, i didn't mind i really just wanted water. I’m pregnant and some days I don’t want sugar or caffeine and she kept saying no. I’m so disappointed your denying the sell of water , like seriously I ordered water only at other locations numerous times…

People seem nice enough. Looks like a brand new facility but they take a very long time ordered of Venti flat white. I’ve been waiting over six or seven minutes and there’s a line of cars behind me now. Doesn’t seem like that that busy inside.

This Starbucks is terrible, I always order a matcha and they don’t know how to make it properly, it is always bitter and not mixed well at the bottom. As well with new drinks they never have anything or can make a drink correctly and always can a long time making a drink.

TOTAL WASTE OF SPACE!!!! The staff there are amazing but management/ corporate keeps treating them like trash. Not only this, but they NEVER EVER EVER have anything in stock. It’s been this way for over half a year now. The place is an entire waste of space unless you just want a plain black coffee or matcha. I pray they get closed down and we get a more capable coffee chain. This place has became a joke.

Visiting from out of town. Placed mobile order and went to the drive-thru. We have NEVER waited so long for a simple drink. Over 30 minutes! Once we got to the window they immediately handed out my wife’s iced mocha. So how long was it sitting there with the ice melting? Fortunately those are so sweet she just dealt with the slightly watered down drink because we had to get on the road. Either speed up the service or add a bypass lane so we can get out of line and leave or go inside.
Very slow drive through, I am stuck and no way to leave. This is the worst drive through experience I ever had.

This latte tastes like reused grounds. Absolutely NO flavor. 5 bucks for zero. Passing thru. Definitely won't stop here again. RIP-OFF My McDonald's Americano this morning was waaaaay better.
