It's a fifty-fifty shot. Usually whether the coffee is made right? And I'm pretty sure whenever you put an order. In they're supposed to make the orders together so that the drinks come out together not have to sit and wait on one of your drinks when the others have been sitting up there for over 10 minutes. Very disappointed.

The Frappuccino is not always consistent. Sometimes, it is amazing like it should be, and other times it is not.

Ordered a tall pumpkin spice latte, the cup was just over half full. Also ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and waited 10 minutes for it. By that time my friend had already finished drinking the pumpkin spice latte. So much for having coffee together. The Frappuccino was weak, tasted mostly like ice water. Not like it usually tastes at all!

Literally everyone at Starbucks knows my order and how exactly I love my Carmel ribbon crunch with 18 pumps of dark Carmel line my cup and with all my toppings.i literally am livid and then I call and tell them about my mess up order Shift lead Kellie was rude as hell.thsnks for messing up my birthday drink.

I ordered mobile; waited in drive thru 15 minutes; 2 cars were in front of me and my drink had more milk than anything

Just stopped by for some drinks and wanted to use some stars and the Girl at the drive thru was so rude and obnoxious, without us saying anything she continued raised her voice about the stars and created something out of nothing. We just wanted to pay for the drinks and on our way.

For a new location, the staff was very fast at putting together orders. Everyone was very nice and i got my coffee quickly.

I love Starbucks, but this one is consistently disappointing. And if you try to get your order corrected, the employees tend to act like it’s the customers fault instead of actually doing their job right the first time.

I show up to get a friends mobile order, the drive through is out to parking lot so I walk in, go to the counter. Ignored so walk to the mobile order area no drink with the name, I sit and wait for roughly 10 minutes still no cup with the name. At this point I’m aggravated, I walk to the counter again with a pissed off look, finally a worker asked if I needed help. I told her mobile order for said name, she walks to the drive through and picks up where it had sat the whole time I was waiting. DO BETTER, FOR THE PRICES YOU CHARGE FOR COFFEE SERVICE SHOULD BE 5+ STAR.

This is probably the worst Starbucks location I've tried. Today I ordered my second and final coffee from them, both times the drinks have had such an awful burnt flavor that you can't even taste anything else about the drink. I ended up taking two drinks out of the entire coffee and dumping the rest. It's such a bummer too because the Starbucks that was close to our old home was amazing and this one isn't even palatable.

Always love me some Starbucks usually make my own at home that I buy at walmart l o l. I go when they have specials for half off bogo.
Have some food items but only snacks and sandwiches and the bread is hard.

15 minutes wait for a simple small cup of coffee. Several people ordered after me and were served before me. I only got served after I asked how my order was coming along.
