Terrible customer service. Tried to place order on the app. Would never go through so went to the store and told them. I asked to go ahead and place the order while I was there. Only one person working. The manager I assumed was horribly rude and didn’t comprehend what I had asked. I felt bad for the girl working who was obviously new. The manger did not offer to assist only asked me to go to the end of the line with each order. Which would’ve taken quite some time as I had an order for 6 different subs.

Paid for a foot long on flat bread…… got 6 inch portion of meat and they rolled it short ways….. I asked if that was right and she said yes. Which it’s NOT but I’m not gonna argue.Anyways….. a lot disappointed I paid full price for a half price sandwich. Even confirmed it was a foot long.? I added photos.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. For starters I got a 6 inch sub and a medium drink and it was $12, if I would’ve known just how expensive subway has gotten I would’ve never walked in to begin with and to top it off I asked for a toasted sandwich and it’s still cold in the middle. I’m not sure how this place is open, I know inflation is high but $12 for a mediocre sandwich and a Dr Pepper is just ridiculous, I will not be returning.
