There is a young lady that works in this store that was very rude and doesn't know her job very well im not one to complain about very much but this young lady was very hateful and extremely rude

Well stocked food options. Store was clean. Main issue was service. The service was just ok. Ordered online and had 20 min time for sandwich to be made. I got there at the 20 min mark when the app had said my sandwiches were done. However they were just starting on them. Store was not busy. The server making the sandwiches did not bother to change gloves from one sandwich to another nor changed gloves from one customer to the next. Was very off putting since food allergies could have been set off. Two of the sandwiches were ordered the exact same and the server couldn’t figure out how to do both sandwiches the same.

What is with this location constantly missing smashed avocado, I’ve ordered delivery with smashed avocado on my sandwich and each time they do not put it on there. It’s an extra cost to add.

For many years, we have frequent subways around the United States. Five years ago, our favorite sandwich which was their teriyaki chicken sandwich. They changed the procedure instead of marinating the chicken in the teriyaki sauce. They just put the chicken on the bun and added a little bit of sauce on top. Multiple different restaurants we tried to have them prepared the old way and no one would take the time to put the chicken into a bowl or bag with teriyaki sauce and blend it all together. This week at the Durant the employee by the name of destiny, prepared the teriyaki chicken by mixing it in a pan, blending it together and letting it sit for a few minutes and then building our sandwich. This was the old sandwich so much better than the chicken being dry with just a little bit of teriyaki on top. I tipped destiny, which is the first time I’ve tipped for a fast food item as I believe that part of their cost is handing you the sandwich over-the-counter. But destiny went above and beyond and told her she would bake it for us. Anytime we wanted to come in and we will be going back soon.

Horrible service. I asked if they had soup they said no I ask about tuna salad they turned around. I thought they were checking. They looked in a refrigerator box and completely ignored me so I walked out.

I think today will be my last time going to Subway. It seems like every visit has gotten worse and worse. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one is well deserved.

When we walked in, the employee making my sandwich actually reached down and wiped her foot while still wearing her gloves, then immediately went back to preparing my food. My wife had to ask her to change her gloves, which is basic food safety. On top of that, the veggies all looked wilted and unappealing, and the cookies we ordered were dried out.

This location has really gone downhill, and it’s just unacceptable at this point.

What a great Subway. Our sandwiches were good and made in a timely manner. We even had access to napkins. Very clean and well stocked. And the best part is having men's and women's bathrooms!
