I've been to this specific restaurant many times over the last few years but the service I received tonight will definitely change that. Night manager "Alex" (I believe that's what his name was, he refused to give his name) refused to replace items missing in my online order. He claimed he made the order himself and said everything was there (half the order was missing), literally called us liars, and said he would not replace it. We returned to the restaurant to pickup the rest of our order and have the incorrect items replaced (for the record- we placed and picked up the order prior to a really bad storm hitting. For us to get the rest of our order, he demanded we returned to the store tonight. And it was raining Extremely hard and caused hail damage to my vehicle due to him not ensuring the order was there since he made it apparently). He was extremely argumentative, continued to call us liars, and refused to even admit his behavior was uncalled for because he was "right". Extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and unacceptable service from a "manager". Not sure how someone like that would even be promoted to begin with but we will not be returning. He ended up remaking the order because it was wrong and half the order was missing, but still was very adamant he was "right". Lady at the window was very sweet and helpful.

i went to taco bell on 01/23/25 and ordered at the window and there was a lady that was extremely rude and cutting me off every time that i would talk. she would not let me finish my sentences and i tried to tell her what i wanted was just meat and cheese, and she proceeding to tell me “that is regular” and i said “no - just meat and cheese” and then she wouldn’t let me pause to say what else i wanted. she kept asking “is that all” and it was very frustrating. when i got my food, it was supreme, and the tacos did not come with any of the cardboard/paper things to hold them, they were just wrapped in the wax paper and leaked through the bag before i got to my location. worst visit i’ve had in a long time.

Disgusting bathroom with feminine hygiene products spilling out of the trash can, feces on the toilet, and gunk in the sink.
I waited for my to go order while the staff talked to one another. After I finally asked about my order, I was told it "didn't come through" but immediately knew what to make.

I had a mobile order and decided to order a drink when I arrived at the drive-thru. It's was about 2 a.m., and I was the only customer in the parking lot. They refused to let me get a drink unless I drove around through the drive thru a second time. I won't go back to Durant Taco Bell. I don't have the patience to deal with their new little rules they are making up. Literally, not another customer in the parking lot.

Grandchild earned a free taco & had to get things for everyone else . Manager had not been informed of the promotion but was gracious and honored it anyway.
The staff was amazing they got my order out with what I wanted and even apologized for taking a few extra moments to make me fresh frys

Went through drive thru ordered 2 boxed deals and some nacho fries and a tostada when pulled away and got home the quesadilla I got was not cut properly I didn't receive my tostada at all fries were cold as well they could of at least reheated them also was asked what kind of sauce I wanted and received none except 2 avocado packets which I didn't even ask for not sure why she even took the time to ask if she didn't even care to give me anything really definitely needs retraining on night shift it's not rocket science to put napkins and sauce in a good service bag but apparently it is to them.

I go in an pick up for doordash orders... I go in several times a day... always clean an smells so good... my orders are always ready when I go in...the people are always so nice and polite... bathrooms are always clean... keep up the good work guys
