The Chalupas were hard and old. It hurt my teeth to eat them. I only had a 30 minute lunch break and had already made it back to work. There was no time to take it back.

I ordered a supreme wrap with light lettuce and tomatoes with extra nacho cheese. They gave me a one with bearly anything on it. I went back to get a new one and they just added lettuce and tomatoes with hardly any meat and nachos cheese. For a little while now at this location they have been really stingy on putting ingredients on there items and it's like there not paying attention to what the order calls for at all.

I am not one to complain but I only get 30 minute lunch and I eat at Taco Bell once or twice a week. The service is good everyone is friendly at time of order and at the window the issue is in the kitchen, last week got loaded fries didn't have meat on it, and tonight ordered the same thing fries was cold, lid wasn't on the fries so when took out of bag spilt everywhere and there wasn't much to it. So overall my experience the past two weeks have been terrible

I've been to this specific restaurant many times over the last few years but the service I received tonight will definitely change that. Night manager "Alex" (I believe that's what his name was, he refused to give his name) refused to replace items missing in my online order. He claimed he made the order himself and said everything was there (half the order was missing), literally called us liars, and said he would not replace it. We returned to the restaurant to pickup the rest of our order and have the incorrect items replaced (for the record- we placed and picked up the order prior to a really bad storm hitting. For us to get the rest of our order, he demanded we returned to the store tonight. And it was raining Extremely hard and caused hail damage to my vehicle due to him not ensuring the order was there since he made it apparently). He was extremely argumentative, continued to call us liars, and refused to even admit his behavior was uncalled for because he was "right". Extremely unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, aggressive, and unacceptable service from a "manager". Not sure how someone like that would even be promoted to begin with but we will not be returning. He ended up remaking the order because it was wrong and half the order was missing, but still was very adamant he was "right". Lady at the window was very sweet and helpful.

i went to taco bell on 01/23/25 and ordered at the window and there was a lady that was extremely rude and cutting me off every time that i would talk. she would not let me finish my sentences and i tried to tell her what i wanted was just meat and cheese, and she proceeding to tell me “that is regular” and i said “no - just meat and cheese” and then she wouldn’t let me pause to say what else i wanted. she kept asking “is that all” and it was very frustrating. when i got my food, it was supreme, and the tacos did not come with any of the cardboard/paper things to hold them, they were just wrapped in the wax paper and leaked through the bag before i got to my location. worst visit i’ve had in a long time.

Disgusting bathroom with feminine hygiene products spilling out of the trash can, feces on the toilet, and gunk in the sink.
I waited for my to go order while the staff talked to one another. After I finally asked about my order, I was told it "didn't come through" but immediately knew what to make.

9 months pregnant and I had to use the restroom so bad after eating but just couldn't bc both bathrooms were the nastiest thing ever. How can you not check bathrooms regularly?
