I ordered to go and now sitting here in front of the computer eating dinner and couldn't wait to write a good review. The food is Awesome! I ordered the birria tacos, a beef burrito with queso and some quac and chips. Everything is Great. I am new to Durant and glad I found this place. I have tried a couple of other Mexican places here but this will be my go to, plus it's right down the street. Try this place you won't be disappointed.

first time stopping here on the way home from Choctaw. coming from TX we never drive further out. wanting Mexican food this place popped up of places near us. don't let the outside fool you! pulling up it doesn't look like much, but from experience if the parking lot is full it's the place to eat!being from LA and spending lots of time in TJ I've been missing authentic Mexican street food I grew up on since moving to TX 30 years ago. THIS PLACE HAS IT!! didn't take pics(we dug in) soo good. large portions both hubby and I had to take some home. he got the barria tacos w/rice and beans, I got the taquitos also w/rice and beans. I don't think either one of us said a word because our mouths were always full of food. the horchata was chefs kiss!! we will definitely be back!! all the employees were so nice, place was very clean and packed!!.

I ate here a long time ago an and food was good and no problem at lunch time then. Talked my wife into going here looks a little sketch from outside but it is really nice inside. Problem is there was one other customer afternoon time, and about six employees cleaning and doing things except for one lady who was talking to two customers in Spanish for about ten minutes while making eye contact with me periodically because I kept looking at her thinking she would get the hint and come take our order. Ten minutes sitting no contact at all we sat ourselves. I got up and walked out.

Very good authentic My Mexican tacos, plus other choices.
The food is good but I can’t give this place my business anymore. My order is always incorrect even though I always order the same thing, the women that work here are extremely rude when asked to remake an incorrect order, and just have a bad attitude in general.

Omg the worst food of my life! First of all 27 minutes for one menudo. I ordered it thinking it’s something fast. I mean it’s already cooked. Specifically said no pata extra hominy. 27 minutes later, I get it to my table into my surprise two patas and zero hominy. Once I returned the plate to the counter, it took an additional 12 minutes to get another menu though in a to go container because now we’re carpooling and now we gotta go. Needless to say worst experience ever. Also zero flavor! If this is what Durant calls Mexican food then I don’t nothing to do with it.
