Tried calling toyko's before heading over to get my pickup order. Because there's a wait time everytime. I was asked to hold for one moment. I walked in handed the lady my phone and said I'm the one who's been on hold for 25 minutes, see. She says oh and hangs up the phone. What can I get for you? Placed my order. Charged me full price no discount for inconvenience. Once finished she brings only part of my order out to us. I asked where's the rest of my order. She ignores me and keeps walking away. I went inside to ask where it was. There's 2 more customers waiting for their orders they placed at 7:40, and one that waited over an hour for his and it was wrong. Like wow its 9 pm. There's other places I can get my food. I just like yalls house soup, California rolls, and fried rice. This is my 4th visit within a month and this visit was terrible. Makes me wonder why I spend the money I do on yalls food. Probably gonna be reconsidering since they don't care about their customers time! Customer service will make a great visit even if the food is terrible!

Ok… the yum yum sauce is way too salty and brown!! And the food just didn’t taste very good.. the ginger was like water! And the server had to be new.. he kept dropping the utensils and forgetting stuff and burned himself.. we had to ask for refills.. they didn’t pick up dirty dishes rice and trash all over the floors also sticky!! And it was literally freezing in there they said heater wasn’t working right!! Omg!! Snow outside and no heater!! We were miserable and paid over $80 to be miserable!! We won’t be back!!

Our chef was entertaining and engaging! We love hibachi food, but usually the chef can't cook and converse well. Our chef nailed both! Our waitress seemed a little scattered and not sure were her focus was but she was nice and quick to get whatever she was after. The atmosphere is your normal nothing over the top. Restrooms were clean.
