They are always out of something. Always lacking flavors and can substitute they say but of course it won’t be the same! And they give medium teas when a large is ordered and when asked to make it right it was to just put in a large cup and add water. I’m sorry but I won’t be paying $3 extra for added water!!!
This is an amazing place to get a caffeine boost. Their teas are the best! And who doesnt want a tea that looks neat. Also, the service is outstanding. Each visit, I am greeted with a smile and positive attitude from staff. I live about 1.5 hours away and have made special trips just to pick up dry tea orders because the customer service is phenomenal.
Love the variety of different teas flavors!!!! 😆
