Rude Service at 9pm and only one in drive thru. Reheated Fries and Reheated chicken sandwich. Was told out of spicy chicken. No big deal. Went to regular instead. To get my already cooked. Quickly flashed again chicken to make it seem fresh. Food was terrible. Old stale fries and stale sandwitch. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. I can even take a little rudeness. Just for the love of God make my food fresh and hot! That's all I came out for!

Disgusted! Me and my mom went in for breakfast and we stood there for several minutes and no one acknowledged us. My mom said something about the breakfast menu not being visible. Some chick came and started hitting the menu to flip it around which it should have already been. She acted like it was putting her out and we was annoying her. The cook looked like he hadn't bathed in days. Will never go back.

This location is trash. The girl that works the window in the evening time is rude and never gives out the same size drink for the biggie bag and when asked why she tells you that’s what the 4 for 4 gives even thou you ordered a biggie bag. She also never gives a receipt then walks away from the window so you can’t ask for one. The customer service was better when the older gentleman and younger guy worked the window.

I’ve tried this place multiple times but staff are young and rude the blonde who was taking my order at the drive thru was rude and she forgot her mic was on while she cursed at me. Every time I come food is nasty not well prepared or something is forgot every time ? to many people standing around talking seems like an adult high school to me stay away go to wingstop next door trust me way better.. Day time is ok night time is ?

Employees acted too busy to take orders, serve orders, and were almost rude when asked for condiments or napkins which were unavailable in the dining room. Service extremely slow for food that wasn't fresh either. Noticed even door dash waited from when we made our order and was still there when we left, we ate our meals inside and waited ten minutes to get order.
