A recent visit to Wendy’s in Durant, Ok., my nuggets were cold and the fries were limp and room temp. In finding out the biggy bag had increased $1, now $6 instead of $5. It wouldn’t be so bad if the food was hot. Consistently inconsistent product.

I was on a road trip & needed to stop to go to the bathroom. This Wendy's was dirty & the door was stuck open. Really a nasty bathroom. I wanted to grab a bite, but after that bathroom appearance, I wouldn't eat there if you paid me. Management needs to get control of this. Wendy's franchise should be notified. It's a very bad rep on the Wendy's brand. I really hate to leave a bad review, but it desperately needs to be remedied.

My fries tasted like there were fresh mixed with old fries. The guy in drive thru handed me my drink with a 1’ long hair hanging out of my cup and when I handed it back he just took it out and handed the cup right back. Then I noticed no one was wearing gloves. This place is absolutely discussing

I ordered a day single with no cheese and no mayo. And what I got was a Dave’s double with two pieces of cheese.
I Ordered chicken nuggets and my husband ordered the fuego chicken sandwich. they asked us to pull up, as always to make sure their timer is good. You would think my food would be hot nope cold fries cold nuggests no sauce his was awful my husband's sandwich was missing the sauce and when you call staff is rude. I wish I could get my food made right the first time I don't want free food I want what I pay for to be right and if your asking a customer to pull up make sure all food is hot and what they order and how do you forget a main ingredient

Wendy’s is a good go to place. We frequent this Wendy’s regularly due to proximity. Often they sell out of items and blame it unexpected volume of sales. Lost revenue, lost trust. Needs new management or better stock of supplies to handle volume of business.

It was good, but they were out of the chocolate frosty flavor so we had to get vanilla. The girl at the counter was nice, but basically said they don't have chocolate frosty. I pointed to the menu, and said it's right there. She just said they don't have it. After questioning her about it some more, it turns out the machine was down, so they just couldn't serve it right then. Good otherwise though.
