The food is good but they NEVER put napkins or ketchup in with the order even when specifically asking for it. I don’t normally do reviews but this is becoming an issue each time I order from the Durant Whataburger and feel like I need to say something.

What a friendly and efficient crew. My cheddar jalapeño sandwich was delicious and Doris is personable serving customers by name and smiling the whole time. What a great experience. I wish I lived closer to make this my regular stop.

I order breakfast here a couple times a week usually. I always get the breakfast sandwich without cheese. It’s usually good. But for some reason half the time the eggs have a green tint to them and have a rubbery texture. I reached out to whataburger on the app and they didn’t tell me why or do anything about it except give me two free meals. I just want my sandwich to be correct because it’s about the only thing I can eat for breakfast. Why are the eggs green? Why are they...
