Literally came into get a 30 piece meal and watch multiple people come in after me and leave before me. Also ordered the same time as another couple and they received there 30 wings about 8 minutes after ordering. As someone whom has worked fast food at Applebee's. This is ridiculous we need a better wing place with better service then this. I really almost got myself in trouble and lost my cool

Ordered DoorDash for an easy dinner kind of night. Spent a little over $100 with fees and tip. No worries :) dasher messaged and said it was going to be a bit of a wait. Once again no worries, we’d rather wait for fresh food anyways. I guess the dasher had an issue with the location. The Cajun fried corn was cooked past the point of incineration. Poor things were literally cremated. I did call and speak with the manager, and his resolution was “if you had a car we could fix it for you. But since you door dashed I’m assuming you can’t make it up here, request a credit through DoorDash.” Sir, that was wild way to handle a guest’s concern. And please don’t assume that everyone who uses DoorDash is vehicle-less… I just already had on my Jammies lol 4 stars for the chicken, 0 stars for my corn that could qualify for its own urn and eulogy, and 2 stars for the manager who assumed I had to use my lemon pepper steppers to get from point A to point B.

Wingstop, you desperately need to install some outside lights, lighted sign or something. If I didn't know better, I would think you were closed after dark.
ordered thru wingstop app, didnt get my order complete. went out of my way to pick up what was missing. they didnt even put no ranch, the wings were dry and over cooked. didnt do anything to make the order right.

My wife and I love Wingstop but the most recent order we made was not up to par like it usual is. The chicken was unevenly seasoned/sauced and the fries were very salty. Not a balanced flavor profile and we have received better service from not just wingstop but other fast food places at a much better price. We are disappointed this time. Hopefully, the next time we go, our order will be right.

When did you stop selling hand-cut fries? That’s always been my favorite part about Wing Stop. The fries here were frozen fries. Not horrible, but just not what I’ve come to expect from Wing Stop. Yet another positive about Wing Stop has always been the size of their wings. Well they are TINY here in Durant! I live in Durant ant this is my first visit due to the negative things I’ve heard about this location. I still wanted to give it a try. I likely will not be back. I’ll just go to the Sherman location from now on. If you want good wings in Durant then go to Old Ice House!
