Went to a different location than my normal. The one in Edmond is where I went and I was very disappointed. The workers weren’t friendly. The girl at the window bringing drinks to the cars wasn’t greeting anyone. She talked to her coworker the entire time I sat there waiting for my drink. Never once did she say hello. Not one word to me, only to her colleagues. Not cool!
I’ve gone a few times and they have messed up my order once before and did again and I finally spoke up and the worker seemed very frustrated about it. After she handed me the drink I said have a great day loud enough and got no response. I don’t want to sound like a Karen but the customer service could be better. Guess I’ll just stick to Dutch bros…
