Taco Bell is known for its great service, as shown by the experiences of its customers. One customer received the wrong UberEats order, but when they called the store, not only was their order replaced, but it also came with extra sauce, snacks, and generously filled quesadillas. Another customer had a reward for a free taco, but encountered issues using it in the app. However, the staff at the register kindly added two free tacos and some cinnamon twists to their order.
Taco Bell also offers a variety of options on their value menu, including cheese roll ups and potato tacos for $1. Customers can easily customize their orders on the inside kiosk. Vegetarian options are also available, including black beans and potatoes. While Verde sauce is not currently available, customers can still get a kick with their Chipotle sauce. Additionally, Taco Bell offers medium drinks for $1 during their daily happy hour, which lasts until the end of 2023.
